  1. Ok ykiska, this is also my last replay to you just because I dont think you are intellectually able to understand what Paleo or others are saying. If you are accusing Paleo for having an agenda you should maybe check your own agenda!! You are coming out of nowhere and defending Dr. Doganay like it is something in it for you. So what is your agenda besides coming across like a total id..? Playing the racist card is plain stupid. My parents are from that region and I do not feel offended by anything paleo has to say. But I feel offended by a Dr. and his crew that try to fool people into surgery with them. Into a surgery with a doc that probably was good in the past (I cant judge that) but who has made crucial changes to his protocoll and is now not performing HT on a acceptable level. At least the 15 examples in this thread say so. And you are right, there are good results from Dr.Doganay on this forum, but most if not all of them were posted by the doc or his representatives. Almost every independent poster on this forum either got a bad result or vanished and it is NOTHING wrong with bringing that up! One last thing: I am sure that paleo is driven by his anger towards Dr.Doganay and has somewhat an agenda. But you know what? I absolutely dont care because what he is doing is good! He is shedding light into the docs shady behaviour and this maybe saves other hairloss suferrers from doing the same mistake. So just keep your word and stick to posting your own updates instead of making a fool out of yourself by trying to attack Paleo. AND PLEASE spare us the generall BS about turkish people... friends of mine could get offended by your BS;)
  2. I really hope this is not the way Dr.Doganay and his clinic chose to adress the massive concerns regarding their clinic.
  3. If you had read paleo?s thread, you would know that paleo is not complaining about his result, because he has none at this stage. He is complaining about the fact that Dr. Doganay did not do his job and evaluate Paleo?s hair status before the HT. If Dr. Doganay actually had done his job and evaltuated Paleo?s hair status, he would have recognized, that Paleo is thinning fast and has miniaturization all over his head. And because Paleo can?t take medication he is not a candidate for a HT or atleast not a candidate for a low hairline with 2500 grafts in it. That is one of many things Paleo is complaining about and it has nothing to do with a good or bad result. And that is what Dr.Doganay or his "crew of former patient aka representatives" should have told you beforehand, so that you dont waste your time by coming forward in this thread the way you did with the nonesense you brought with you. Nevertheless I saw your other thread and if you are really a patient of Dr.Doganay I hope and wish you a fast recovery and a great result. Best of Luck!
  4. congratulations on your HT Johnny and heal well. One Question: does Dr.Lorenzo extract all the grafts first and than plants them or does he spiltt that into diffrent sessions, for example extracting 400 Grafts than planting and so on?
  5. Paleo, I sympathize alot with you and it is obvious you are getting attacked by a lot of fake accounts that dont behave or write like former patients as they claime. They tell you to wait it out as if that changes anything about your situation not beeing a candidate for a HT in the first place. Pretty stupid and most people that read through your thread recognize that. So you shouldnt really paying attention to them. To what you should pay attention is your own state of mind. I can assure you that I was in a similar situation, depressed, didnt leave the house and felt miserable. I had a bad transplant with a coalition doc on this site and he was and is probably top 3. But nevertheless I got a sparse and unnatural looking transplant with 2 hair grafts in my hairline and a misplaced hairline on top. What I regret most is not coming forward about it on this forum and help other hair loss suferers by telling my story and letting them learn from my experience. This is why I respect you and what you are doing and I hope as many people as possible read this thread and stay away from a doc that probably performed good transplants in the past but has now transformed to a profit maximizing machinery that does not perform transplants with the necessary attention. So when all your disappointment and anger has settled you have to find a way out of your actual situation. And believe me there always is a way out. Especially when one is as clever and sharp as you are. Sometimes it is not a short way out and in your case it is maybe a combination of laser hair removal and SMP. Best of Luck buddy!
  6. First of all: I have a lot of respect for paleocapa89 and what he is doing here. Summing up the two threads he created makes one thing very obvious: When you pay the fee to be recommended here as a doctor you get away with a lot of BS. Plain and simple! And that is very concerning regarding this sites integrity. The first thread paleo opened showed about 15 examples of Dr.Doganay?s subpar work which was amassed in a relativly short time fram. That in itself was concerning but the way this site in person of Bill and David responded in that thread was even more concerning. It was obvious that they tried to defend the doc and somewhat attack Paleo. And all this despite the fact that the 15 examples shown in that thread had a somewhat similar pattern: all the patients were obviously not happy with their results AND felt not treated the way they should have been treated. Then Paleo opened this second thread and brought the fake-user-thread up. The explanation of Dr.Doganay?s "crew of former patients that all live and work in the same place" sounds like total BS. How can anyone with somewhat functioning brain cells believe this explanation. You simply cant. But than again you will believe this BS when you are getting a fee for believing it. Plain and simple. So to sum it up and that is already said: dont think that by finding this site or using a recommended Surgeon from this site you have done enough research. You have to dig way deeper and look behind all the smoke to find a surgeon you are comfortable to go with.
  7. The pics are not comparable. Vet and combed back hair in the pre op and combed forward dry hair in the after pics is not comparable at all.
  8. To be honest, your result looks very good. You had nearly nothing in the front and now you got a lot of hair. The curly hair will go away when it matures. All in all a very good result if you ask me. Best of luck and happy growing!
  9. Thanks guys for your answers! I probably didnt get my point accros properly. I am not concerned that some of the Grafts are shorter than others. I am concerned that I see grafts, that are there for now over 3 weeks and are just 2-3 millimiters long. These Grafts should be way longer than 2-3 millimeters. Thats what concerns me and makes me think that they didnt take...
  10. Hi dds, I am sorry to hear u are not happy at this stage. In all honesty, you need way more than 2400 Grafts to get a good result. My father was a norwood 5, got nearly 10.000 Grafts in 4 FUE procedures and is now satisfied. Obviously he had a great donor. You are a NW6 and would certainly need something around 10.000 Grafts too to be satisfied. So even if 100% of the Grafts grew, you have at least one if not two surgeries ahead of you to get a good result.
  11. thank you for ur reply squatch. I know that the growth now is irrelevant, but the fact that at 15 days post op all my transplanted hairs are still there but in diffrent length is worrying me a bit. Shouldnt all Grafts (if taken) be about the same length? If not, is there an explanation as to why there are grafts clearly longer than others?
  12. Very nice result! Do you have close ups of the temple points and sides? I think its very important to do the temples/sides like this. It makes a world of difference.
  13. Am I the first guy that experiences such a thing? Can one of the docs chime in on this?
