  1. Hello all. So following on from last week, most of this straw-like hair has begun to fall out. A lot of it is thin, wispy, dry and bent. The bulbs are attached. Is this a necessary step?, my dht levels have definitely reduced over the past two months of using Saw Palmetto. Could it be the shedding from the SP? Thanks for any advice

  3. Hello all I'd appreciate any expertise. Basically a lot of my hair is in the telogen phase, i.e it is thin,dry,off-colour and wispy. It's been like this for over a year. I stopped Rogaine foam over a year ago due to sides ( wrinkles, low blood pressure and dizziness) unfortunately I think a lot of my hair is still stuck in the shitty stage. My question is, without going back on minoxidil, how do I shed this hair and get it into the Anagen phase? It's falling out with the bulbs attached. PS I take saw palmetto and Rosemary and Aloe Vera topically Over to the experts...

  5. This is a very good point. Can anyone answer the OP question?
  6. Nice write up, very informative. In a very similar position, recommended 4500. Will follow with interest, keep us posted
  7. Very nice chief, interesting to see how this develops.
  8. Thanks for your response Mark. I am very reluctant to ever start that again as I don't hair that's not my own and is a slave to Regaine
  9. Thank you all for your expertise. Dr Blake, why do you say 2000 FUT and not FUE?
  10. Dear Enlightened ones I want to lower my hairline and add density. I was suggested between 2000 and 3000 grafts. Does this seem right? I would to be able to use various styles and not just the comb over I've had for 8 years I am considering three surgeons -Erdogan, Rahal and Demisroy. Erdogan and Demisroy for FUE Rahal for FUT Obviously I want the best possible growth from it but I am nervous about a FUT and getting a scar, pain etc. I cut my hair to a blade/grade 2 on the sides Thanks for any feedback
  11. Fantastic result, congrats! Where are you from? Are you on meds?
  12. Hi all, I gave up the foam after trying it for a year and a half due to sides of looking and feeling like a zombie from the Walking Dead A lot of my hair is now wispy and discoloured. Can I ever get these out of the telogen phase without going back on that poison?? Cheers in advance
  13. I feel your pain. I started Rogaine foam about 2 years ago for recession in my left temple and I regret it. I am now off it about 8 months and I am still trying to recover. My skin aged with crows feet. My hair became wispy and weak.My hairline receded and dissolved. I now have a weak patch on my crown. My stress levels rocketed due to dizzyness and nausea. Regret ever using it
  14. I think the patient should of went with 3000 grafts. But I'm new to this so may be wrong
  15. Looks really tidy but I wonder if the back is over-havested?
