Senior Member Raj Jayukdht Posted February 10, 2015 Author Senior Member Share Posted February 10, 2015 So finally I’ve made it to the 4th month today. The growth has been slow for me, I would say my hairline grafts have started to grow, some parts of my temples grafts also started to grow, but most are yet to grow. My temple peak on my right side is growing well but my left side peak again yet to grow. The numbness has almost gone. Hopefully now the growth will start to happen. formerly know as Jayukdht http://www.hairrestorationnetwork.com/eve/177363-hair-transplant-dr-bhatti-oct-14-part-2-procedure.html
Senior Member mikeey Posted February 10, 2015 Senior Member Share Posted February 10, 2015 hey Raj_jayukdht , thx for the update . Yea looks a tad slow to me , I think I can see a few hair starting to poke through in the last pic , and that is encouraging ... 4th month is usially the start of things ! do you think you have not recovered from your shockloss , maybe I am not sure But I think your Original hair was quiet thick in the hairline and midscalp , then again I am not sure . No redness at all so that means its healed all well , please keep us updated
Senior Member mikeey Posted February 10, 2015 Senior Member Share Posted February 10, 2015 As far as I have read , they always say that FUE is a Bit slow to grow becos of the fragile grafts that are usually Not surrounded by the protective Fat , that FUT Grafts have . your have just started and are at the very beginning of the cycle , so no need to check the mirror every 10 mins )
Senior Member Raj Jayukdht Posted February 10, 2015 Author Senior Member Share Posted February 10, 2015 Hey Mikeey At the moment I dont brush my hair as its abit short, I just use my hand (see photo 5) so my scalp is almost covered well, but when I brush my hair upwards (see photo 4) it doesnt look great and I can see why you have mention shockloss. I think I have recovered well from shockloss and Im hope the growth will now take over and cover my front scalp with density. I would say my hair has never been thick, its average. Lets see how it develops for the 5th month - 10th March formerly know as Jayukdht http://www.hairrestorationnetwork.com/eve/177363-hair-transplant-dr-bhatti-oct-14-part-2-procedure.html
Senior Member hadenough2014 Posted February 10, 2015 Senior Member Share Posted February 10, 2015 Yes, a little slow. I agree it seems many FUE cases grow a little slower but that is not an indication of expected final results. I think you have good hair characteristics for a good result with some curl and wave. I think you have good hair characteristics for a good result with some curl and wave. yea it true that curls do add up density , Raj-jayukdht its gonna be fine as i said I have read many times that FUE are slow in growth when compared to FUT , maybe you need to see some American chicks ( Guess the Brits ones are not as Hot ) for some seriously faster growth as they make blood rush to the scalp ..... sorry Joking , It helps to make you laugh , as I can understand that the waiting period is the Most horrid , But when you have a Good result , its also the most satisfying ... do not worry , I have recently seen some very good results from your Dr. Bhatti , I think in Fue he is among the Best . Senior Member Raj Jayukdht Posted February 10, 2015 Author Senior Member Share Posted February 10, 2015 Thanks Mikeey and Hadenough...the chicks are all covered up here as its cold in the UK....lol I know its waiting game and to assess my result I would have to wait at least 10-12 months to see the full effect. Dr Bhatti has been kicking some ar8e on his results.... formerly know as Jayukdht http://www.hairrestorationnetwork.com/eve/177363-hair-transplant-dr-bhatti-oct-14-part-2-procedure.html
Senior Member Raj Jayukdht Posted March 10, 2015 Author Senior Member Share Posted March 10, 2015 Here’s my 5 months update As you can see from the photos my hairline grafts are growing well but my temple grafts are yet to start especially my left temple, I can feel the little grafts but they don’t want to grow for some reason. My left temple peak growth is abit behind my right temple peak, the hairs are more curly on the left side aswell, apart from that all is good…lol. It looks that I had some shock loss and the density is very weak in the front scalp, but hopefully this well improve over time, also I’ve not had a haircut since my HT back in October as my hair growth is slow. I’m still taking medications mentioned in my previous post, but I’ve changed few things since January: - Doing more cardio in the gym than weight lifting - 3/4 times a week - Trying to eat more protein per day with good balance diet - Drinking 2 protein shakes per day - 2 x 2 mins handstand per day, trying to get more blood to my scalp (increase nutrients and blood flow to the scalp, good blood circulation to the hair follicles is necessary for healthy hair growth). Im also thinking of buying Nutribullet drink maker (trying to eat my 5 aday fruit) has anyone got this product, if so any good? http://www.amazon.co.uk/NUTRiBULLET-Nutri-Bullet/dp/B00AN040LM/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1425402161&sr=8-1&keywords=Nutribullet formerly know as Jayukdht http://www.hairrestorationnetwork.com/eve/177363-hair-transplant-dr-bhatti-oct-14-part-2-procedure.html

Senior Member Raj Jayukdht Posted March 10, 2015 Author Senior Member Share Posted March 10, 2015 Thanks Israel and David. I hope these grafts (clrcled in red) will start to grow now, as they have been like that for few months now. formerly know as Jayukdht http://www.hairrestorationnetwork.com/eve/177363-hair-transplant-dr-bhatti-oct-14-part-2-procedure.html
Regular Member dds Posted March 10, 2015 Regular Member Share Posted March 10, 2015 Thanks Israel and David. I hope these grafts (clrcled in red) will start to grow now, as they have been like that for few months now. I had mine in Sep with Dr Bhatti and I am at 6 months stage. According to Bhatti I should wait at least 9 months before I can see good growth. Keeping my fingers crossed!
Senior Member mikeey Posted March 11, 2015 Senior Member Share Posted March 11, 2015 hey Raj_jayukdht , Looks like its coming in fine , But i do think you have a shockloss that is not recovered as yet , will be excited to see the next month as 6 Months are the probable benchmark and you will get a true sense of where your success from the HT is Heading , As of now looks promising , I wud suggest not to invest in Nutribullet and use you own house Blender its all the same , just some marketing gimmick , yea ofcourse the speed is superior But just blend for a few minutes extra from your Old blender to get the same effect ! I had stupidly invested in these , But really its the same , and its a hell lot expensive !
Senior Member Raj Jayukdht Posted March 11, 2015 Author Senior Member Share Posted March 11, 2015 DDS I agree we would have to wait at least 1 year to see the full result...good luck Mikeey, Im hoping I will fully recover from shockloss soon and my growth getting better month by month. Mikeey did you have your HT or am I mistaken with someone else!!! Senior Member mikeey Posted March 12, 2015 Senior Member Share Posted March 12, 2015 Hey Raj_jayukdht , yea its me , I had to postpone becos of the bouts of very Cold weather in here and that caused me to go down with flu , so i had to cancel my entire trip , I am now looking for summer within the next few months , so at least i know that i will not be knocked down with the allergies of the weather , anyways this year the weather has been rather wicked ! Senior Member Raj Jayukdht Posted April 20, 2015 Author Senior Member Share Posted April 20, 2015 Sorry for the late update, been busy with family holiday. It was my 6th month on the 10th April and as you can see from the images the hair is getting better each month. The images were taken today after I applied Rogaine (it makes my hair thicker). Hopefully I will have more density in the coming months. I’m still having problems in my temple areas, I would say the left temple is worst, you can see the small grafts, but they don’t want to grow yet. I will now speak to Dr Bhatti and get his advice on the temple grafts. I will judge my final progress after 1 year. formerly know as Jayukdht http://www.hairrestorationnetwork.com/eve/177363-hair-transplant-dr-bhatti-oct-14-part-2-procedure.html
Senior Member sutureless Posted April 20, 2015 Senior Member Share Posted April 20, 2015 You definetly have had some good growth. Thanks for taking these pics in some direct light. I do hope that temple of your fills in on both sides especially left side. And I also hope that the density of hair follicles will be better by the end of 12 months and the very mild stuck on appearance at the base of some follicles will heal by the end of the year. I still feel that some frontal grafts have been placed little too far apart, again I am no expert and you still have some growth to come your way. Good luck. Senior Member mikeey Posted April 21, 2015 Senior Member Share Posted April 21, 2015 hey Raj_uk , I am not happy with the front Density , just my 2 cents , please do not take it personally . I was expecting much more at 6 months becos this is where majority of the scalp is dense and covered . Maybe you had Less grafts to cover the Large area . I think Now you need to Address the "Greys" ))
