Senior Member JohnS Posted July 10, 2009 Senior Member Share Posted July 10, 2009 Very nice results for such a low graft count. Things can only get better over the next 6 months.
Senior Member orangehair Posted July 13, 2009 Author Senior Member Share Posted July 13, 2009 john....thanks for the comment, i wouldn't classify almost 3300 grafts as a low graft count but I do agree the next 6 months is typically when the treatment is fully developed. i'll provide an update at that time. Senior Member dakota3 Posted July 13, 2009 Senior Member Share Posted July 13, 2009 This is a really nice result for so early in the game! I bet this guy is only about half way in terms of growing and maturing. Nice job!
Bill - Seemiller
In my opinion, this is a very nice overall cosmetic improvement. Does this patient intend to get more work done to add more density? Best wishes, Bill
Senior Member orangehair Posted July 13, 2009 Author Senior Member Share Posted July 13, 2009 thanks Bill....its only 6 months so we'll reevaluate at 12 months to see VP Patient & Media Relations for The Hair Loss Doctors by Robert J. Senior Member vincehair Posted July 13, 2009 Senior Member Share Posted July 13, 2009 Let's be honest here, this guy is better off shaving his head and getting over it. Looks better yes. Looks good? no Unless he is going to do 2 or 3 more sessions of 3000
Senior Member Mr. GQ Posted July 14, 2009 Senior Member Share Posted July 14, 2009 these and similar types of results are what LMS is raging about.... but to be fair this guy's hair 10 months down the road could dramatically improve, somewhat improve or stay exactly the same. if we never get to see any update in the future we might as well assume that this indeed is his final result imo. but how do we know that the result is only 6 months??? frankly there are plenty of results in here where a clinic shows "only 6 months" and then never posts any further updates. but i guess we must have trust in good old doc's word. Mick from Farjo
Orangehair, The results look spot on so far and exactly where i would have thought he would be.Vincehair try to look at it from a different perspective. This patient was looking old beyond his years, i have no doubt he is delighted because he was told exactly what results could be achieved.Whether he has more in the future is a completely different point but this is a realistic example of what to expect after this short space of time. From a leading doctor in the field. Raphael84
Vince, That comment contributes absolutely NOTHING. Whilst at this stage the results do not seem outstanding, they are a definate improvement and look extremely natural. The fact that the guy is only 6 months out, is a huge factor, and the overall result can only be analysed fairly after 12 months and beyond. Whilst the patient would obviously prefer to be further along at this point (as would each and every patient), as other results have shown, he is exactly where he is expected to be. Everybody unfortunately, cannot experience early growth. Your final remark regarding further sessions is useless. Vince, I would just like to think that others would be somewhat more constructive if you were the subject! I feel that in another 6 months, the patient and all involved will be very happy with the result. Good luck! Senior Member miked Posted July 21, 2009 Senior Member Share Posted July 21, 2009 I think this patient is doing just fine at 6 months. His dark hair is helping to mask the relative lack of high density on top. His frontal shot is a heck of an improvement. I would hope and believe he is happy at this point. Senior Member orangehair Posted July 21, 2009 Author Senior Member Share Posted July 21, 2009 hi guys thanks for you input....this case is not mean't to be a "wow" result at this point..it's certainly developing as we would like but its purpose is to inform you of what to expect in the interim stages of ht development, which really can vary greatly...i hope to update this patient after a full 12 months VP Patient & Media Relations for The Hair Loss Doctors by Robert J.
