We advised to re start finasteride and planned a restoration in 2 steps. A 3301 graft surgery was carried out, inserting in all the areas (6660 hairs; 2.0 hair per graft; 0.8 mm punch: 48 microns of hairs; 764FU1/ 1762FU2/ 728FU3/47FU4). One year later we added 2002 grafts to increase the density, mainly in the crown (4668 hairs; 2.33 hair per graft; 0.8 mm punch; 236UF1; 964UF2; 705UF3; 96UF4; 1UF5). Dr. Lorenzo always wait almost 6 month to see if the patient has side effects. The surgery strategy can change depending on the patient hair loss stability (to be with or without med's). With hair stability you can be more agreesive in your restoration approach.
