Senior Member Jotronic Posted September 11, 2009 Senior Member Share Posted September 11, 2009 This repair patient came to Dr. Hasson 3 years ago with the hope that his previous transplant results could be camouflaged and improved. 7818 grafts were transplanted in one session for the result seen below. Senior Member M&M Posted September 11, 2009 Senior Member Share Posted September 11, 2009 7818 in one session? Wow! This looks incredibly natural and combined with the new haircut looks great. Nobody would ever guess a HT. What were the original grafts (4-8 hairs it almost looks like) and did you remove any or camouflage around them. Again - great work! Bill - Seemiller
Joe, From significantly balding, to pluggy, to natural with no obvious signs of thinning. And what an impressive number of grafts in a single session. I'm sure this patient is thrilled with his results. All the best, Bill

Senior Member vincehair Posted September 12, 2009 Senior Member Share Posted September 12, 2009 None of you guys are going to ask the obvious? If that many grafts were pulled then i wanna see a scar pic. Graft count? All 7818 grafts 1's? Also as i have brought up a couple of times in the past i sure would be pissed (if i wanted my HT a secret) at the very mild facial blurring. Looks good tho don't get me wrong. Looks good tho don't get me wrong. you can't see the obvious?...look how much coverage & density he received. scar pic- in HD video. all grafts 1's- (i) did you see how large his crown is, I bet at least half of the grafts went into it. (ii) his *low* hairline was already dictated by his previous butcher. (iii) his atrocious plugs required an incredible amount of camaglouging; add that all up and this is an amazing transformation and completely undetectable. face blurring- what makes you so certain he didn't give the ok to this prior to it's posting? And noone is going to recognize him w/his face blurred regardless. Delicately helping those fragile souls who suffer from hair loss, w/motherly nourishment & care. Senior Member vincehair Posted September 12, 2009 Senior Member Share Posted September 12, 2009 Ah yes didnt see the video since it wasn't linked on this post. Scar looks great Ron J, oh i see so he gave the "ok" to "crappy facial blurring"? Not "full facial disclosure" or "no full face pics please"? Just "crappy face blurring so that anyone who knows me can spot me a mile away" i seeeeeee very wise of him
Senior Member Severn Posted September 12, 2009 Senior Member Share Posted September 12, 2009 I'm amazed he would have the laxity to pull 7800 in one session after previous work was already done vince: I don't see a big issue about the face blurring. I'm pretty private and I would be ok with the amount blurred out if it were me. I'm much more amazed by the amount of H&W patients who give permission to show their faces in pics and videos. You would have to pretty much offer to pay for my entire HT for me to give permission. My Hair Loss Web Site - Dr. Ron Shapiro

Senior Member Rachmunas4life Posted September 14, 2009 Senior Member Share Posted September 14, 2009 WOW!!! AMAZING!!! What is the largest amount of grafts taken in one session by Dr. Hasson and Dr. Wong?? 7,800 is the most I've read so far. Also how many grafts would you say survived? I read so much about the larger the strip the less yield. I just don't see the issue with H/W!
Senior Member Severn Posted September 14, 2009 Senior Member Share Posted September 14, 2009 He must have had the skin laxity of a shar pei dog to get that many on one pass after already having a procedure. This should be considered a rare case. My Hair Loss Web Site - Dr. Ron Shapiro
