  1. I shave my beard hair off all the time and it means nothing to me, but it I had the option to put it all onto my head, I would say yes as it would make a huge difference to me as I don't care about it being on my face. I actually have a friend who has f-all on his face but has an amazing NW0 head of hair at 49 years of age. I would prefer his head hair to my quite thick beard hair 100%
  2. The work coming from Farjo is first rate, would recommend them to anyone who wants a natural dense result, also love that they always post honest pictures with the correct lighting.
  3. new growth at 1.5 months? this result is going to be insane!
  4. Looks like an easy repair fella, don't lose hope, there is light at the end of the tunnel!
  5. I wouldn’t do more than 2000 fue in one day, you don’t want them to be rushing, stick with your plan.
  6. Yes 2000 grafts will change your life imho. Your face will be framed again. Looks like you have very good hair characteristics, I foresee a great result for you.
  7. Sounds like a great plan of action, my strip was in 1998 so Pre fue really, but if I were to do it now I wouldn’t get strip at all. Some people don’t mind the scar and that’s fine but I’d rather it wasn’t there.
  8. Too right, I have an old strip scar that I’ve spent loads on covering up but you can still see the thing! With hindsight I would never of done it.
  9. looking forward to seeing the post op pics. I'm sure it will work out great for you.
  10. Also, I don't really see the point of the surgeon drawing in the zig zags, they can easily just draw a straight line and go in and out of it to make it look natural.
  11. my hairline was kept at it's juvenile height of 5cm, luckily I didn't lose anymore hair! and the 5cm looks fine for the shape of my face.
  12. Great advice guys thanks for the tips. If I were to ask my local gp, what would I say? as its not being prescribed for prostate problems...
  13. it's helpful to other people at the start of the journey though, did anyone on here help you at the start?
  14. Been out of the loop for a while and need a good source to get proscar from. I don't trust just typing 'proscar' into google as I could end up with something fake. I'm in the UK at the moment so need a reliable place to get this from. Any suggestions would be very much appreciated. I ran out a few weeks ago so need to get some asap. THANKYOU!!!!!!
  15. Compare your before pics to the current ones, It looks much better imho, you still have a lot more growth to come.
  16. Wow, been away from the forums a bit but it never ceases to amaze me that these guys keep coming back to shill. We have seen this countless times, it never works.
  17. At the Maitland clinic ask for David and say that I pointed you in his direction, he's a great guy!
  18. I'm in the uk and had bad surgery here in 1998. Please do as much research as you can, your situation can be improved but don't just go to the first clinic that you find on google or in a magazine. In the uk I like Dr Ball from The Maitland clinic and Dr Farjo. You shouldn't limit yourself to the uk though, try not to let cost be a factor when getting repaired, if you can't afford it straight away then wait or get a loan but don't pick the cheapest, pick the best. I had repair work done from 2009-2012 and although I don't 100% feel perfect, I don't think about my hair anymore.
  19. Looks good to me, mines awful, bit of fue would eliminate that.
  20. Can you let us know how the electrolysis goes, as I have some 2 and 3 hair grafts placed high up in my temple points that could do with zapping! I also can't cut my temple points below 30mm or they stand out from the hair behind them, longer than this they blend in though. Thanks.
