You may notice the natural hair has a "cow lick" and this was important to follow, not just for cosmetic reasons to keep but because it was "part" of the person and his identity but does have challenges in creating. Seems like the area behind the hairline also grew dense with no transplanted grafts.....please correct me if I am wrong or is the dense front camouflaging the less dense mid scalp. Hi Rem, the patient is international and not from a country I deal with personally for BHR but the information I have is no medication and would suggest also why a conservative design was undertaken as it is unwise to front load as such and the design here was conservative.
