If anything the one I suggested he made more aggressive. Somewhere inbetween aggressive and consevative. Similar to SamSpade I reckon. I'll start a thread in a few days once I've got through the slight swelling etc, We started surgery about 730am and ended about midnight. He only left during the breaks while the techs prepped everything (usually 5-10mins). there may have been a short period he left the side of his lead tech.
