Being in his mid twenties with a hair loss pattern showing signs of progression to a 5a/6, Dr. True initiated a Propecia regimen and focused the initial transplant on the front and temple regions. 3,106 follicular units were harvested and transplanted, consisting of 989 singles, 2045 doubles, and 72 threes - a total of 5,295 hairs. He would probably benefit from one more pass. He must be really happy. Also, that looks like an amazing job on the scar.
