Senior Member Dutch Posted June 28, 2011 Senior Member Share Posted June 28, 2011 Tremendous difference. Senior Member haircut Posted June 28, 2011 Senior Member Share Posted June 28, 2011 Thanks Janna. Is there a reason that Dr. Paul went conservative on the temple corners?
Senior Member TC17 Posted June 28, 2011 Senior Member Share Posted June 28, 2011 Looks great! Why is the blue in the background different in some of the photos?
Senior Member Janna Posted June 28, 2011 Author Senior Member Share Posted June 28, 2011 Thanks Janna. Is there a reason that Dr. Paul went conservative on the temple corners? We don't feel Dr. Paul went conservative with the temple corners. This patient is 41 yrs old and feel it's age appropriate. Patient is very pleased with the design and result. TC17, It's difficult to say why the blue wall changes color. We don't do any editing of the photos except to insert the face blocks and add the texts at the bottom. Even in all the immed post ops (same day) have the blue background change so it must be how close we stand or the angle in which we take the pics. We're working on it to have consistent natural lighting for our photos. Dutch, The crown is not a huge concern for him but you never know....... Senior Member TC17 Posted June 29, 2011 Senior Member Share Posted June 29, 2011 Good enough for me, Janna! How old is this patient? Also, how would you classify this patient's hair characteristics?
Senior Member Janna Posted June 30, 2011 Author Senior Member Share Posted June 30, 2011 TC, Patient is 41. He looks like he'd have medium to coarse hairs but it's more medium to fine with wavy hair. One indicator of fine hairs is the presence of all the three hair grafts. On an average, the breakdown of total grafts will typically show an equal number of 1 hair and 3 hair grafts (15% each). This patient had 50% more 3 hair grafts to his single hair grafts. This above average density is what makes this result look so great at 7 months. Well, Dr. Paul and team had a part in the result too but you know what I mean. Be nice if this was typical for every patient. Thanks every one for the comments. Aaron, fun seeing you again. Be nice if you brought some of your music in next time.
