  1. "My hairline takes me back about 4-5 years and front on its starting to shape up, ok so i can't do much more than brush it back at present but i am still hopefull of that Morrissey quiff!" looks great garage, you must be happy. would reconcider the Morrissey quiff though, too 80's
  2. cheers Bill, only 2350 grafts done so far, have thick hair with a good curl in it so it covers well, along with the skill and artistary of Dr E it appears to cover very well Irish
  3. at the 6 month mark already, don't know where the time went. i'm very happy with the progress, it could do with being a little more dense all over and i plan to address this in the next couple of months. I'm very pleased with the overall improvment and the finex seems to work well for me, concider that i had no transplanted hair put into the crown. with a little work and some toppik put in the hair looks great ( no concelers in for these pictures) if i use surf hair as recommended by hairbank it looks great too ( thanks for the tip) one intresting thing is the reaction of people who know me for years, have been asked if i've lost weight, or if i'm dying my hair etc. by people including close family members. bottom line seems to be that only the balding person is totally aware of their lack of hair and everyone else is too busy with their own life to notice -))

  5. Hiya, While i'm not the most experienced poster here by a long way, i had a look at your picture and you need a fair number of grafts to restore a full looking head of hair, the only way your going to get it is with strip procedure and one of the top Doctors recommended on this site. Perhaps some of the long haulers here will think differantly but i doubt it. IH
  6. haven't been in the US for a little while, just have a few questions. Is $25,000 enough to get a good head of hair and a personality and a decent sense of humor and some basic people skills and some common manners? if so spend well and quickly 007
  7. absolutly unbeliveable! need say no more!!!!!
  8. too early to see any growth mark, still looks a bit red in the pic, is this the case? not much longer to wait for improvements, grow well-)
  9. anything will grow well if theres enough shit under it -))) thanks for the compliment.
  10. cheers mark, yeah ur right about the density, planning my next move at the moment, but it's a hundred times better then 5 months ago. still hoping that whats there now thickens up a bit, been on finex for 6 months now ( generic propecia) IH
  11. 5 months post HT, 6 months on fin. happy enough with progress so far. looks a lot better in real life then in photos. hopefully there's more growth/ thickness to come.

  14. I for one was not asked to pay any money for a consultation with Dr E. his replys were prompt and all questions were answered. I live 3000 miles from his office and am in no way promoting his practice, any comments i make about the doc are because of my positve experience with the office. I'm not douthing your post but my dealings with Dr E, Roxy and all at the office was and continues to be top notch.

  17. Here Here, come on Pat, ban this poster. the site will be no poorer without him
  18. even if you transplant a body organ to a close relative the receipient would have to take anti rejection drugs for the rest of their life to stop their immune system from attacking the transplanted organ.
  19. well done Relavare, u did ur homework, sought advice and got some good advice from some of the best posters here. your decision to wait and see whats available for you in the future is well thought out and a mature intelligent reaction.
  20. 1)I flew to Miami for my procedure without problem. 2)I had all my consultations via E-Mail and by phone 3)ther isn't realy any post-op care except for the first wash the day after transplant. The stitch removal is easy and can be done by your own doctor or even a family member in about 10 days. Some of the Dr's will provide you with a removal kit. My young son had no problem removing mine. 4) Can't see any point in consulting with your local Dr when you can talk to the best around thru the net.
  21. Best of luck on the 15th. The Blog will be excellent if you keep up the high standard that you've started with, enjoyed reading it. IH
  22. just posted my 12 week post op pics, these are after 4 months of Finax 1mg/day, two months of 2% nizoral 3/week, 2 months of MSM 3000mg/ day and of course 2350 grafts to the front and mid scalp. the pictures show an improvement IMO but it looks even better in reality. i'm sure that it's only starting now and i'm looking forward to the next few months of growth. comments welcome.
