  1. Two months gone by rather quickly, all seems good so far.most of my pre-transplant hair is growing back with a few small areas of shock-loss. The scar is almost impossible to feel and can't be seen with my hair grown out at this length. Just sitting back now and waiting for HT No2 to kick in and do it's stuff. added a few new pictures at the 3 month stage.
  2. Be patient Jersey, one or two days at most and it will all be gone. IH
  3. MRJB, good point but would you lose the transplanted hair as it would probably not be Minoxidil dependant just given a kick start by the minoxidil???? IH
  4. hairline looks great and will be excellent with the growth to come. looking good Bill.... IH
  5. I've being giving it a go for two months now. I like it. Its easy to apply and dries fast but most importantly for me it does'nt irritate my scalp like the liquid. will keep at it for a while to see if it works. IH
  6. perhaps he is touring hair salons getting estimates for future haircuts as he will have so much hair??????????
  7. Of course some members opinion is more valuble then anothers, those who, (i won't mention so as not to run the risk of forgetting anyone) have a proven record of giving good advice are more sought after for their advice then others. As Bill is mentioned here in a negative way i will use him as a prime example as one that i would take advice and guideance from. He has helped so many and spends huge amount of time doing so. he has been thru it all and is a great source of info. Never listen to bad advice, never refuse good advice.
  8. just sitting here thinking to myself and started to wonder about this. we have all gotten HTs on the basis that the transplanted hair will be resistant to the effects of DHT and should last a lifetime, so who is the patient with the oldest ( longest time with transplants ) transplant on the forum or elsewhere and have the transplanted hairs resisted DHT ? any ideas guys?? IH

  10. Mil, well done booking your Ht. I had 2 procedures without any sedation at all. no big problem, just be sure to take the pain meds before any pain kicks in and not to wait till you are already feeling the pain. IH
  11. Bushy, I could'nt remember if i had seen all your pictures so i went back thru all of them (i had seen them just a bad memory, gettin old ) Glad i refreshed my memory, what a differance from start to finish you must be over the moon it looks fantastic. IH
  12. cheers Bill, i'm very impressed with my scar this time around, redness is going fast and it's not raised at all, just a little itchey and the shochloss below the scar makes it look worse then it really is. Started the Mederma yesterday. happy growing. IH
  13. it is going to look great in a couple of months \Bill, how is the scar looking now? any pics? what is your current regime? IH
  14. it may sound like a good idea now and i would'nt argue for or against it but as soon as you have the first one finished " hair greed" will take over and you will want more. IH
  15. the only good place to be bald in in a babies cot
  16. well done Bro, hope the swelling and pain stay away, happy growing, IH
  17. B & Bill, there is some shock loss around the scar same as first time around, not to worried about it. it' will grow back fairly fast did the last time. have ordered Mederma and should have it in the next few days, am using aloe at the moment. In general i think it looks better to cut your hair short after a HT, the Krusty the clown hairstyle is not good for me IH
  18. just got a fairly tight haircut and the scar seems ok to me, any comments guys?
  19. well done Jersey, i knew you would be impressed with Dr Feller, you looked for and listened to good advice, happy growing when your done. IH
  20. Bro66 best of luck tomorrow, sure it will go well for you. IH
  21. the scabs in my donor area were a bit longer then in the recipient area as there is more bleeding in this area. try soaking the donor area. you can use aloe vera now wihhout any problem and it will really help with the redness, make sure it's one without alcohol in it. grow well. IH
  22. Dr Feller uses the most up to date equipment and tecniques. when you meet with him you will be impressed, looke at some of his patient photos when your there. IH
  23. i have read over the replys again and again and cannot see how you feel that you are being bullied, you looked for information and advice and you got it, if its not the advice you wanted to hear then ignore it at your peril, NN i think that B-spots advice was excellent and was in no way rough he even offered to accept PMs, can't offer more then that. I think to accuse any of the poster here of bullying is insulting to the members who posted and to the forum in general. IH
  24. Jersey23 welcome to the forum, 1500 grafts on a NW5 scalp will not give you the coverage that you will be happy with. On a virgin scalp i imagine Dr Feller will recomend a larger session 3000+ with dense packing, he won't BS you. best of luck. IH
