  1. HH a bit of difuse thinning going on and looks like you'r heading for a norword 6 to me. Get on meds and see if you can slow down or stop the shedding. As a rule of thumb norwood x 1000 will get you graft number required. did you ever find out how many grafts you would have gotten in Cork? see if you can put a link in your signature to make it easy to find your pic IH
  2. well i thought it was a bit strange getting the money back with so little notice, i was lucky i didn't pay any money up front. Don't know how you would approach the problem, at the end of the day did you sign anything to say that you would lose the deposit if you cancelled. The lesson of the lost deposit will be forgotten when you have a great HT from a top Doc. IH
  3. HH good to hear you're happy with your decision, the reserch and learning starts now. Take your time and look for advice, theres plenty of good people on thes forum and they won't see you wrong. That makes 3 Irish on the boards now, the take over is starting. IH
  4. HH. A big decision taken on your behalf, what you have done is give yourself time and options for your HT, there are plenty of top Docs recommended here, for my 2 cents have a look at Doc Fellers site and contact Spex for information. good look IH
  5. I am indeed from Ireland, thats how i had my consultation in Cork, just did a lot of research and traveled to Miami and NY for my 2HTs and will again for number 3 (hair greed) in the future. IH
  6. HungryHoss, Welcome to the forum. Firstly 6000 euro is about 7800 US dollers and gets you a lot of grafts from a top Doc in the US. I visited Dr Kiely and booked a HT with him in 2006. soon after i found this site and quickly changed my plan and am as happy as a pig in shit that i did. I have no intention of bad-mouthing the Doc as i have no terms of refferance or experience of his work. He was polite and professional with me at my consultation Just not the Doc for me. At the time his max session was 1000 grafts and thats just not enough to play in the big league. Please do some more reserch, read the forum, PM me if you like. Get as much info as possible and make an informed decision, If he turns out to meet your needs then off you go but concider all options. IH
  7. PB, been watching your progress on the other site. Well done hope it all goes to plan, grow well. IH
  8. Don't panic. at 6 months you are about 60% grown. the hairs will thicken and soften over time and you might still have some still to pop out. The scar looks great. IH
  9. big improvement from 4 months to 6 months, still looks a little thin but you have another 12 months of growing and maturing to come, looks great so far. IH
  10. all wrong Hairbank, 1 Bill 2 Bill clone 1 3 Bill clone 2 3 Bill clone 3 4 Bill clone 4 5 Bill clone 5 6 Bill clone 6 7 Bill clone 7 8 Bill clone 8 9 Bill clone 9. IH
  11. B-Spot, you're just trying to keep Bills arms tied up till you catch up on his number of posts..............:-)) IH
  12. looks great Mikeman and more to come, huge improvements well done. IH
  13. good advice, here's a bit more, if you want the best rates pay by credit card, you get a higher exchange rate and pay less commession if any. Even if you have the cash in hand lodge it into your credit card account and pay with your card, thats the way i i did it and saved a few bucks. IH
  14. did Doc Feller not enter into the equation? just intrested in your answer, no other reason............ cheers IH
  15. best of luck NN, i hope we will see you back more often when you're showing off your new barnet IH
  16. ASDS, At 5 months it's only starting to grow...... Maybe 40%. it will grow and mature for 12-18 months in total. Keep hanging in it will come. IH
  17. Cheers Doc. guinness, smoking and plenty of rain. the secret to good growth-) IH
  18. Nobuzz4me nice one. wish i had a shiieks money. how is your HT progressing? IH
  19. Wanthairs. Tisab is correct, as Im at 5 months now i was speaking from my cuttent position. AS for my Dr choice, I had the opertunity to go to TWO great Docs. I chose Dr Feller for my second because of the work i have seen and it was an easier trip to organise. If i have a third HT i would be back in NYC but it is a purly personel choice and is in no way negative towards Dr E who was great with me. IH
  20. Just a thought guys, Recently I am getting a few comments about how i look e.g. are you dying your hair? are you letting your hair grow? have you lost weight? I know all of these questions are because i look different now. My point is this, when people here are worried about others noticing their HT it is most likely not an issue. Even those who have known you for years don't take that much notice of your appearance. BTW all the questions were asked by woman so are they more observent then guys? Any thoughts? IH
