thanks lads! it's just that i read there that "The recommended dosage, for men only, is one 5-milligram tablet per day. " i have only been taking 1/4 tab per day so I'm grand. Propecia is cheaper so I think I will switch over. cheers again.!!! (must update my hair blog too...been so long since!!)

Is there any difference between proscar and Propecia??? also I have been taking 1/4 tab per day...but read here: http://evamedstore.com/item.php?group_id=57&id=2353 that 1 tab per day is recommended ??? this is a very expensive treatment to take if I upped my dosage to 1tab per day! cheers

hello. I am about 7 1/2 months post surgery and recently (these last 2 weeks) have been getting horrible headaches every morning around 10am. I thought it might just be the heat so have been just popping painkillers. But thought the other day that these migrane type headaches might be a side effect to the surgery. Does this happen often or to anybody else. otherwise the transplant results are great!! i am happy with my new hairline. I will update my blog soon when I get time.(sorry) I don?‚??t think I can deal with these headaches much longer. please God let them not be a permanent side effect of having a HT!!!!!!

sorry . i just did a check and I dont think 15 mg exists. just the 5mg. im shit

Hi , i haven't been on here for ages. I have been taking Proscar daily for nearly a year now. the problem is I am all out of pills and today I could only find 5mg tabs. Before (I think) i was taking 15mg and cutting them in quarters. Question now is.. what do I do with these 5mg tabs???? cut them in half? anyone? cheers

oh crap. now im worried. Last night I got an aloe vera plant, split it and drenched my head in the liquid. today it feels crusty (but I think thats the dried aloe vera juice) stayed out of the sun today. and I will contact Dr. True right now cheers lads

i am 1 month post op and got pretty badly sun burnt on my head yesterday. does anyone know if this will damage the folicles or if I have really f**ked up??????? i'm just going to cover my head with cream

yeah unfortunately my new hairline is falling out. i did get internal sutures too, so that probably is the reason for the bumpiness. it?‚??s grand now actually, the scar doesnt sting much anymore. yeah i am looking forward to see what it will look like in 6 months. it will fly by too as i am indeed spending a year in South America. Colombia too hehe. I am so glad i posted here before I went to that "amateur?‚?? in Cork. Doctor True is actually emailing me asking how things are...and wants to see my blog too. happy days

thanks for the reassurance people. I hope the scar will fade back in a week or 2 and will hardly be noticed, because i would like to keep it shaved back. the other thing here is trying to keep clean with bugs & dust and sweat & shit. it hurts when I laugh, but i am totally chuffed with the whole opperation and reccommend Dr. True.
