  1. Did Dr Bansal do all the extractions ? I don't think Dr Bansal does extractions in any of the packages.
  2. So were you having any side effects from it. I have retrograde alopecia and in need for a repair. My doctor says I can get a repair as long as I commit to finastride (oral or topical) currently on topical .25 for the last six months.
  3. I have noticed that Dr Saifi uses a very small punch size. Maybe the absence of scar tissue in FUE punch out is due to doctors skill with a small punch than verteporfin. I think he uses 0.7mm which is also used in beard extraction that leads to almost no scar.
  4. This is a good example of hair greed. Most people would be happy with your results, but no, you seem to have an unlimited donor. Slightly jealous, but also happy for you.
  5. No update from Dr Barghouti and Dr Bloxham. I guess it's not working the way we hoped for.
  6. Even reduced scarring is a big win. Thanks for putting your hair and health on the line for this one.
  7. If verteporfin does work on your FUT scars, then do considering rewounding some of your old FUE scars (like how doctors make slits in the recipient) and injecting verteporfin in them.
  8. Where did he mention 100% beard hair used ? The guys appears to have had multiple FUTs, I wonder where did the hair go ?
  9. To be honest your previous scars looked very good, the FUT scar is probably much better than most FUE scars. I hope verteporfin further improved your situation.
  10. Most hair transplant clinics in India are scams. They say they will transplant 4000-5000 grafts, and just transplant 1500-2000, but they extract more. Then you are running after repairs. This happened with me. I would suggest @Eugenix Hair Science they knock the ball out of the park in case of virgin donors. I would also suggest going on finastride a year before surgery.
  11. I don't know why 3000 grafts were concentrated just on the front. I have seen many cases from Eugenix where they are able to cover a lot of area in 3000 grafts.
  12. @Killian sorry for bombarding you with so many questions. But you mentioned that they excised some of the old FUT scar using FUE punches, how does that work ? Can you excise scar tissue without hair using FUE ? Won't the scar stick ? This is very interesting because if verteporfin was injected into FUE shapes scar on FUT then there is no reason it wont work on old FUE scars.
  13. Hi Killian, thanks for putting your head and hair on the line for us. I hope after 12 months you will shave your head to a zero guard and then post the pics. You take really high resolution photos, so after 12 months people will have a really clear idea if it works or not.
  14. How many months since Dr Bloxham's trials ? I think by the end of month eight we should be able to see preliminary results.
  15. You need a special centrifuge for PRP. Not all clinics have it, if PRP is made in a normal centrifuge then it is useless.
  16. Looks like good optimization of grafts. It looks like the doctors concentrated the grafts towards the left, so that when the patient combs from left to right he will be able to camouflage his bald spot. I'm sure his hair on the right will be strengthened with finastride. @Eugenix Hair SciencesI just wanted to know if you use Dr U's Zeuss punches. I saw on YouTube that they lead to low transection as they can sense change in direction of hair root. It was also claimed that they leave lot less scars.
  17. Just wait for Dr Bloxham's 12 month results, we should know if verteporfin works by then. If he shows the pics of a shaved donor then other clinics will start looking into it.
