  1. I cannot do anything about that I’m only having my best as I can
  2. I find it confusing to search old posts of other people here so I post new thread of mine every time with comparison from old photos There’s nothing to talk. My genes are the way they are, if they are taking time—I have to be patient I cannot go full crazy with taking dutasteride and oral minoxidil at high doses I’m waiting as I’ve known that some transplants can take even up to 18 months to show results so I’m having faith it’s not that there is no growth. there is growth but very very slow and I’m hoping it will get better in time
  3. The front red ones if you are talking about they are damaged grafts while removed the crusts the grafts from those areas fell off and now there is a gap there forever I hope to cover them with some sort of disguise technique in the future
  4. I’m being patient as I can. my receptors somehow are so strong that they won’t let my hair grow properly 7 months and I am seeing first sign of new wisp hair all over. its still not mature and I can see a lot of empty patches around my head in sun light had my first prp 2 days ago i hope it will bring better results im lately feeling dizzy. cant tell if it is because of oral minoxidil but then I didn’t have the dosage of it since past 4 days they say it takes a full year or in some cases maybe more. so I’m keeping my faith in that
  5. First time hearing about this can you specify what exactly special is though I’d search about it too
  6. For people finding this old post and looking for an update this is my donor area now month 7
  7. I cannot pinpoint or neither any doctors—be it mine or others can tell exactly they all tell me to be patient and wait for the full year. im on month 8 4 still to go and in some cases it’s advisable that it can take up to 18 months for full results so I’m trying my real best to patient about it about having a transplant with limited donor and high Norwood I understand the doctor should have kept me on finasteride for 3 months first and then go for surgery but it’s alright. what’s done is done they might lose me as a client. i understand these tactics by clinics to not turn patient away but that thought is long gone I have to be prepared for what’s coming thank you
  8. Yes it is common searched both on internet and personally with doctors too
  9. It was probably topical minoxidil that causing the reaction. it may have been delayed shedding but I think topical minoxidil was the culprit. it was also causing me a lot of irritation with itching and severe dandruff I had to fight my clinic to stop as they aren’t very supportive of oral minoxidil nevertheless I have stopped topical minoxidil and switched to oral and my hair shedding is low now . It’s still there but much lower I haven’t gone in full dosage yet but starting it slowly
  10. I’m on month 7 and my hair are still growing here and there i cannot exactly tell if it is failed yet or not—or if I have been cheated im yet to take my first PRP next week and I have switched to oral minoxidil lately as a slow dosage for starters i.e. 1.25 alternative days so I am keeping patience and hoping that oral minoxidil combined with PRP will provide better results
  11. This 27 January would be completing 6 months. please do check my profile for previous information as discussed with several members here. had my scalp checked at Eugenix they suggested me to stop using topical minoxidil as it was causing me allergic reaction. making my entire scalp itching a lot with inflammation. And to go on oral minoxidil 2.5 a day I have stopped topical minoxidil since a week and my itching on scalp has significantly decreased my current clinic the original where I got transplant from advised me against foam minoxidil as it is less effective and wants to stay on topical liquid minoxidil even if the itching persists and to take cetrizine to counter the itchiness i do not find this wise. how long I’m suppose to take cetrizine like this. Even if I do i have severe issue of dandruff And I’m using ketoconazole shampoo to encounter it but it is rough my hair for every day use im using a dove niacinamide shampoo alternatively for a non ketoconazole shampoo for my dry scalp will see how it suits my hair later as i only had one application so far so id be making my case again to my current original clinic to start oral Minoxidil I will get my ecg checked this weekend and hope to start oral minoxidil if everything goes fine also had my dht checked It’s 288pg/ml i think that’s normal. didn’t look much into it i took the test as I might need to go on dutasteride later the growth of my hair is still very slow im waiting as patiently I can I wished if everything would have gone smoothly like it does with all patients of hair transplants as they get most of their good results by six months. unfortunately I’m not one of those so I have to keep faith people who have been commenting on my previous posts, hope I have their queries also answered which they asked me before thank you
  12. I think the world does work that way indeed hope you are doing well with your transplant
