  1. did Dr. Mwamba not feel it'd be possible to get sufficient density in one surgery? Why was it planned for two parts from the beginning?
  2. is this density typical of a 2000 graft transplant for the temples or did they patient get a major bump from fin/minox? looks great.
  3. am I right in thinking 80 fu/cm sounds extremely high for a single procedure? most american clinics are transplanting around 40 fu/cm? ...err thats donor density
  4. are the pictures after 11 years or immediately after the the first transplant? if this is the result of one procedure 11 years ago it's outstanding. lol at people on here complaining about angles or whatever nonsense.
  5. Thanks for your response. One thing I noticed with Nadimi is that she seems more wiling to go between existing hairs to create more actual density so the final result looks full and very natural. I've seen sort of similar results with Hasson and Wong. I feel like other clinics might not be as willing to go that route because it's difficult or higher risk. I'm not sure if that's a fair observation, but something I've noticed through looking at images and having consultations.
  6. Can someone knowledgeable please speak to what you get going to Nadimi/Konior over someone like Shapiro, Panine or even HW? Is it because Nadmi/Konior are able to get more density or cause less scarring or something? Just looking at pictures and not having a ton of experience, it's tough for someone like myself to really identify what is different.
  7. looks like a great result. i feel like when the patient has their head closely shaved like in the before it's tough to tell though.
  8. looks great. it's an interesting approach Dr. Nadimi took. Does anyone else think a different surgeon might have gone for greater coverage, but less density?
  9. really great result! what guard can you shave the donor area without noticing any scars or signs of the surgery?
  10. That donor does look very patchy. Does anyone know if that's normal for 1 month?
  11. For people who got hair transplants, say you were an NW3 and you needed temple restoration for widow's peaks or something similar (not even NW5-NW6 level) are you happy with your decision? Do you have a lot of lingering concerns about your hair continuing to recede and needing another transplant? Really appreciate any perspectives on this.
  12. looks very solid. outstanding donor at a 2. nothing noticeable. wishing you the best.
  13. can someone explain to me why doubles so frequently noticed in hairlines? it seems like a pretty basic thing to control for. separate the singles from the multis, and put the doubles in the hairline. but it seems, at least from comments on this site, that it is consistently overlooked by certain clinics.
  14. I don't see any either. Sounds like more Konior mysticism. maybe there's an argument that he would have handled the donor extraction sites better, but i guess we would have to see the donor shaved.
  15. Really curious where the added value from Konior would be. If this result was posted under his name, Konior stans on the forum would be fawning all over it.
  16. the craziest part of this to me is that you can't even identify where the grafts were taken from
