    Strongly disagree. I think I got full growth at 18 months with the hair thickening and maturing.

    I agree with this. I would go to a surgeon who only practices hair transplant surgery.

    Eugenix is excellent. Are you on oral minoxidil too? In the hands of the right surgeon, it's okay to transplant between existing follicles. Eugenix does that regularly. I personally think you need the vast majority of grafts to be put into your temporal areas. That hairline you've drawn looks a bit too low.

    First, Cosmedica is a crap clinic. Are you on oral finasteride? Were you on oral minoxidil? Both are proven to be effective. I would look into Dr. Taleb Barghouthi in Amman, Jordan. He does awesome work on a consistent basis. I'll tag him in here as well @DrTBarghouthi

    I would have easily gone with Dr. Gabel over Dr. Diep. Dr. Mohebi is also much better than Dr. Diep imo. Diep is very inconsistent and his office is very poorly run. Don't despair. You've still got great options. My first transplant went poorly and I also was scammed. I got my second transplant with Dr. Glenn Charles in Florida and I'm very happy with the results.

    I'm not sure what Dr. Charles charges. I had my surgery with him about 10 years ago. I think your budget of $15,000 would be enough. Please let us know what he charges.

    Definitely. As @Gatsbysaid, lots of people experience a transient shedding phase.

    You can try topical finasteride and oral minoxidil. See how that works.

    Looks like your hair loss has stabilized on meds. I think you can advance your hairline and for that you'd need 2,500 grafts at the most for it to look good. Have you consulted with any surgeons? You should consult with about 3-5 surgeons. Your budget is healthy too. Are you thinking FUE or FUT? I had my surgery done by Dr. Glenn Charles in Florida and am very happy with the results.     On here, they're held to a high standard. On Reddit, no. Lots of people shilling for hair mills on Reddit. It's the wild west there.

    With the credit card, you can dispute if things go wrong. Can't put a price on peace of mind. Just my take on it though.

    I would use a credit card. They'll charge you a processing fee. Much safer imo.

    How much does Wolfeld charge for ARTAS? Bernstein charges $10/graft for ARTAS, which is highway robbery.
