  1. now that you mention it, the midscalp looks way fuller even though no grafts were put in there... maybe a combination of hopping on Fin/minox?
  2. Phenomenal! Personally, these results on a finer-haired individual are FAR more impressive than a thick, dark-haired one, where it seems like the surgeon REALLY has to screw up to get a poor result.
  3. I think >80% of hairs have popped through by month 6 if not more, but full visual result takes 9+ months.
  4. 3 month update: Right side is growing more quickly, but left side should have more grafts. So I guess it's FINE to get the scabs off extremely early, like 3-4 days as long as they're ready to go.
  5. Even the post you cited has like 80-90% of the growth at 6 months! vs They're virtually the same (or at least the 12 months doesn't improve more than 25% over month 6, which is what 100% vs 80% is)! At least for hairline. Can't comment on crown growth timeline.
  6. Yep, was going to say the same, not much has actually changed except texture and length... and of course lighting. ... and I said 80% not 100%, he obviously grew a marginal amount more
  7. So far, every transplant I have seen has acheived >80% of final results/density by 6 months. Sure, length increases, follicles "soften", mature, whatever and give the illusion of "more", but after 6 months, improvements seem to only be marginal. I will amend this statement: Crown grows slower, can't comment on crown growth maturity timeline.
  8. I disagree, I think the grafts look great in post-op, it's clear a lot behind the hairline haven't come in (yet?).
  9. Very jealous of dark, thick-haired individuals. They get the best results with like 30% less grafts at least.
  10. No prob! Do you think you've improved since the last update? No pics necessary or anything.
  11. I've probably only shed around 70-80% of my hairs, but the ones that haven't fallen out are just kinda sticking around not doing anything, maybe ~5-10% are actually growing. Is that the norm? Thanks!
  12. 1700 grafts in such a large, slick-bald area is phenomenal results. Incredible really.
