    How did you manage to book a surgery with Zarev? I've tried to contact the clinic but no response. He'sprobably booked out for years, but might as well get myself on the list hah.

    Zarev's donor areas just look exceptionally clean, even with many many extractions being done.

    Interesting. So I guess that's why there is no visible blood in the donor area after Zarev has extracted.

    Not sure I see the benefit of this surgery. Isn't it super risky to transplant on a 26 year old with such extensive loss when there's no medication being used to halt further loss?

    Looks like you had significant rehrowth in your temples in your 1.5 halfs years on treatment 👌 Wouldn't describe you as an NW3 at the time of surgery.

    Ugh, sounds like a really unfortunate situation for you, Prof. How is Couto's english? I agree with the poster above that it sounds like some things were lost in translation. Though it is hard to see why Coutu would think it was a good idea to use 1700 grafts for the crown.

    Has the hair been dyed in the after shots or is there a lighting difference?

    It really depends on what your donor area is capable of, but the best would be to have grafts added all over. Definitely don't think you should be looking to lower your hairline though.

    I don't see how you could classify this patient as a Norwood 4 at all, but nice result nonetheless.

    I have never heard of topical minox eroding the scalp over time. Do you have a source to the doctors who have stated this?

    Oh yeah I don't buy into that at all. But if topical minoxidil actually has a effect on collagen chances are oral minox would have too.
