  1. I never understood the need to post like 20+ photos, one from each angle would suffice
  2. Sounds like a garbage deal to me if that's true.. 'pay extra and we'll do the job properly.'
  3. Those look quite harsh In some circumstances, singles can be implanted around them and hairline lowered slightly to camouflage them
  4. How are the hairs coming back though? I thought electrolysis was permanent
  5. how expensive are the cartridges? that always put me off buying a dermapen
  6. I can't believe you are proposing that having softer erections is a viable solution for anyone. The ability to get an erection is fundamental to being a physiologically functioning man.. if you can't, it feels bad and does have an impact on self esteem. And your point about men not being able to pull women therefore not needing their penis is moot, some men are in relationships or married.
  7. what bad results from Mwamba are you talking about?
  8. Within the past two days alone I've seen posts on here talking about loss of libido and softer erections I think people downplay the risk of side effects way too much
  9. That may be so, but I just don't see the point in stopping hair loss and potentially growing breasts and having your penis stop working
  10. I used to shave my head, and only a few months ago started growing my hair out. I never used to notice any real hair loss, but now every time I shower and wash my hair, I see numerous hairs in my hand. At least 50 probably. Today I have also noticed more gaps in my hair (which is transplanted), but I don't know if it's normal or an actual loss in hair, and why I would have only started losing hair since growing it out (i.e. it might have been normal but just unnoticeable). I'm not on Finasteride and am very reluctant to get on it.
  11. Well done for sticking to your guns and walking out
  12. I sympathise with OP. I hate keeping the back of my head long, for some people growing it out is not a great solution. I'd defo consult Dr Mwamba (I will be doing the same for mine)
  13. Overall, how much better do you think the donor area is with the Mwamba repair sessions and excluding the SMP? This is a procedure I am looking to have done also to repair my botched donor area
  14. I'm doing microneedling and catsor oil once a week. No minoxidil, no finasteride etc. I plan to try out Dutasteride topical liquid once I get bloodwork done.
  15. When was Dr Bisanga in London? I wish the Belgian doctors visited London more frequently
