  1. you might be trimming your hair too short and it becomes noticeable?
  2. Looks great man! i do a lot of lifting and dieting, and what i learned is its hard to get that esthetic (for some people) regardless of all the work you do. I'll have to look into that doctor as well.
  3. I can tell you from experience (my name obviously) that you did not have a 4000 FUT. My procedure was 12 hours with three technicians and the doctor.
  4. Did they tell you how it would negatively affect your hair transplant if you wear a hat for several hours a day? How about a paper surgical hat?
  5. I feel like this post might be misleading to the many people inquiring about using it to prevent hair loss. Your case is very rare that you believe it is causing suicidal ideation, or pessimism. Also you really shouldn't be telling people to cycle off any medication as I'm just assuming (but probably right) that you're not a hair transplant surgeon.
  6. Looks really great! Congratulations! Great work by Dr. Diep!
  7. Looks great so far! just curious why you didnt opt for a FUE for your second transplant?
  8. Possibly will excess bleeding. just depends where they are, how big they are, and if they are in the recipient location.
  9. I like that first option. Did Dr. Mohebi talk about why you didn't have as much success with your grafts previously placed? Or any possible reasons? Did he check for any dermatological issues?
  10. Is this picture recent? still looking slightly red, or is that normal? great result though
  11. Surgeons will anesthetize through the scalp and push the anesthetic to different areas. They don't go straight through your forehead.
  12. You're missing the point everyone is saying that you need some type of evidence for making a claim like that. What if this guy shared some pictures that looked really good, but to him was a fail? You really asking for the doctor to come on here and defend himself against a weak claim like this?
  13. just curious how you can foreshadow the end result of a transplant at 5 months?
  14. i was adivsed 6 days a week 1mg fin and 0.5mg dut 1 day aweek
  15. Hey man it doesn't look bad for 5 months, i honestly would give it another 7 months, it should improve.
  16. I would stay away from Yaman, I've seen a few of his results on this forum not really looking very natural.
  17. you are pretty rude man, learn how to decline respectfully, especially to someone as helpful as Melvin.
  18. There's really no toxicity in biotin, if your body maximizes out then you pee out the rest
  19. Looks fantastic! Nice work by diep! Were you using Nizoral everyday after your transplant?
  20. sorry to bring up an old post of yours, but can you provide me with that video please? I couldn't find it. thank you
  21. This image is pre op dr diep This is literally 6 months post op diep, you cant tell anything about his donor zone and look how much better the top of his hair is in only 6 months compared to pre op, he has a legit hairline now.
  22. Yea but look at OPs results currently, his donor area looks flawless. A lot of the time people don't let the full 12-18 months finish before getting worried and posting about how a surgeon did this or that to them.
  23. Looks like about 3500 grafts, am i in the ballpark? If so FUT was a better option for you since you're a higher norwood. He wasn't selling you on FUT as he would actually make way more money off of you if you pushed for FUE.
  24. Of course if you can go fue then that's fine, but if his surgeon is recommending FUT, then that's the treatment plan for him. You cannot however come on here and make false claims that "many top doctors" claims FUE is better than FUT. please show me actual scientific evidence as this has been proven time and time again that they are both equal procedures in terms of success.
