hello all/ ive read what i can now on people on different dosage of this drug.. and also different if any side effects. i was on the brand Proscar the 5mg ones split into 4... and not much if any side effects really..maybe my mood and anxiety bit higher than normal i then ran out of Proscar ordered the 1mg UK Finasteride as could not find the Proscar stuff online in UK. started straight off on 1mg never thought nowt of it, but after chatting with a mate andd then reading ip it seemed it caused my depression anxiety worse and no libido am i right these could be stronger pills the with ingredient than prsocar brand? ive read quite alot people do 0.5mg 3 times a week which got me wondering if its enough as some say it stays in system few days so every other day or 3 times a week enough. and also at the does 0.5mg uk brand Finasteride again i see most or alot do 0.5mg every day ie 7 days a week cheers

ive been Turkey twice now... everytime i have been back through the airport i have spoken to many fellow hair transplants and the amount of men who paid less than half the price of what i paid with Cinik or cosmedica. so there are these hairmills in tirkey who ar doing it at 1K basically with hotel... and straight away i will compare the work and see no density what so ever now to me these are the real bad ones in Turkey what really are giving Turkey a bad name and botched jobs as you say....

not sure what to say yet mate.. like to know but think its too early to say? ie i would still like my hair line adjusting a bit more down at the sides so to speak if possible but not sure now with donor being used twice and bad donor area

the first set of pics is the initilal with cosmedica and 2nd set of pics with cinik ... overall looking around 8000 grafts so far.. well 8500 grafts but i am not sure i got 3500 grafts with cosmedica like they claimed.

statistically speaking are you meaning the ratio of patients per day would get the % up if any bad work would be higher with more patients per day? compared to say the recommended doctors of one patient per day who charge more but do a better job. so meaning would we should be seeing far far more bad work with the numbers being higher if the patients per day is high

Sorry was an early morning post half asleep 😴 first day 3150 from my scalp back and one side 2nd day 1800 beard -chest and the other side of scalp I would say now my scalp donor would be non useable now with another op to fill crown in im 44 years old been loosing hair since 19 never taken anything for my hair till last year after my first op and used Proscar till ran out with little no sides well maybe more anxious and depressed but libido ok Swapped then to UK supplier finesteride 1mg tabs more anxious more depressed and 0 libido

these last 2 pictures are two operations done at Mr Ciniks i opted for two operations this time so i have had 3 in total.. with Mr Cinik opening the channels 0.8mm size.. i wanted my hair line adjusting as you can see compared to the fist op at the top in the first post...so its been reduced slightly and widened out to the sides.. then they added more density to what Cosmedica did and then the 2nd op the day after used beard and chest( i know chest hair is 5-10% success) so going to be limited there in sucsess as can see the 2nd day they added more running up to the crown..which again needs more density. i need to mention this.. that the comparison and experience form both clinics was different.. ie Ciniks was not rushed at all like cosmedica and pain free where they was thorough with the operation more so in all my observations which i noted..i was far far more impressed with their technicians basically..

Hello all, firstly i would like to say this a great forum,im no stranger to forums..and i was on another hair forum dont know if i can mention it here..but it is dead in the water where as here seems alot busier and runs better from my experience.. so i think i was norwwood 7 at least .. i was looking into hair transplants all last year but on the basis of i have nothing to loose if goes wrong being bald for so long in my life. but again on a budget that if goes wrong then not lost much money without selling my house and car to pay for the Dr's which are recommended normally i was of course opting for the cheaper tech based as we say. so last year i went with Dr accar (cosmedica) through a uk rep GMH.. which after going with mr Cinik this week they run differently the two even though they was partners years back. Cosmedica well very rushed indeed they do at least 4 to 6 times more patients operations a day compared to Cinik, the anasthtic was rushed was in pain most of the op with these and the op itself now looking and comparing was rushed like a sprint race,,, not going to go on loads here i will add before and after then cinik after.. so these pis here FIRSTLY are COSMEDICA NOT CINIK... beard used here also one operation.

i switched from proscar to uk 1mg finesteride and felt depressed and anxious.. and labido non existent did not have that with the proscar as mcuh cut into 4 pieces off a 5mg tablet im hoping i can start the uk finesteride at lower dose than 1mg?

Hello Eggy i did not know this till recently that they worked together mate.. Dr accar aka Cosmedica do at least 5-6 times more patients a day than cinik i must add this also that is something i noticed when at Ciniks clinic.. at cosmedica they do double shifts and more operating rooms for both shifts..

hello all,.. i was the other guy who went with Pauls and had the same package aswell with mr Cinik opening the channels.. although i had two operations myself with now having 3 operations in total the fist being with Cosmedica (not happy with) wish i had gone with Mr cinik the first time now when i went to Turkey. both me and Pauls as he mentions are both limited in money to spend..and my view is that i was at least norwood 7 that if it is does not work how i want i have at least tried and not spent a great deal money wise.. i have got to add the experience with Cinik and his technicians was far far better than Cosmedica by far and i was happy with how they operated compared to Cosmedica i noticed this greatly in how the technicians operated throughout the operation... i know that my crown still needs some more work to get some density so i know myself i need to go back one more time at least...

hello all is 0.5mg enough dosage would you think every other day for 6 months then? and then 0.5mg every day after? as i know 1mg a day for me felt depressed as hell

i found that the finterside i got from turkey i had no side effects from and the finterside i recently purchased from the uk i got side effects from ;0(

this is something i have been wondering myself.. i like above was balding at the age 19. to norwood 7 at 44 years old... i have had 3 hair transplants now with a hope into trying to keep what ive got best i can with medication..

well this is my first post here and one that i feel should be relevant here.. my first operation was with GMH last year... and now i wish i had gone to Mr Cinik after just coming back from Mr ciniks there is a big difference is how they both run.. i would really not advise to go with Cosmedica mate.. as they seem under staffed rushed cant do the anesthetic right at all ie the technicians was very painful unlike Cinik's who were attentive to the end no pain at all and took their time and the grafts Cosmedica say you get i am now thinking they dont give you that amount at all.. dont see Acaar at all... very very rushed...
