You guys are putting out some excellent results on a very consistent basis. I would be curious if you had any Afro results you could post ?
We shall try to post that too. Soon. If the patients give us consent then...

Excellent result at just 5 months. I hope this man goes back to visit you at around the one year mark because I really want to see how full that crown gets.
Most definitely sir. We shall post his results.

The top, top tier ? 🙏
Its the Rs 120 per graft + 18% GST package.

This 41-year-old man was Grade III on the Norwood Hamilton Scale of baldness when he came to us for his hair transplantation procedure. We gave him 2712 grafts in the frontal zone for his procedure with adequate density and coverage. By the 6th month, he has a complete change in look. He will continue to experience an increase in density until the 12th month. He is regular with finasteride and had been taking the medication for 20 years now.

Thank you @Abhinay Singh
Yes Finastiride is my daily ritual now..
I was really worried and nervous about this..
Sometimes all you need is positivity and support..
It is okay to be nervous. It is a huge deal wherein it will be directly boosting your aesthetics, self esteem and self confidence. We are in this together. You results are as important to us as it is to you. We wish you the best.

Had a detailed discussion with Dr Priyadarshini yesterday
She cleared most of my doubts and concerns
1) Donor area shock loss concerns ~ She said she has seen one case in her entire career of a person with severe shock loss in donor area but eventually all cases recover. Some slower than others. (Showed him @MNIK pics) Hopefully recovery is swift post 6 months moving forward)
2) My Temple restoration ~ She said she will do temple point touch up but she was not willing in my case as i did have existing temple hairs. They do it when temple points have receeded completely and/or temples will not thin out further ( 40+ age etc). She will have to fill up the gaps. This is an artist's job and she was up for it. Fingers crossed for this.
3) PRP Requirements :- She said they give one PRP during the surgery. Future sessions depends on cases. I am not too keep on doing it if i can get away with it.
4) Hair Caliber :- My donor is good but my hair caliber is thinner . Finastiride and minoxidil and hair vitamins( Hair bless tablets) have done theirs magic in thickening my hair a bit.Hoping for the best.
5) Surgery Involvement :- She said she will do all the initial slits. Also key extraction and implantation. She vouched for her Mumbai team. They do 1 surgery every day and are meticulous. Hoping for science and magic to work here.
She mentioned to keep expectations real. Also said hair transplant is the ILLUSION of density at best.
I will need to up my grooming game post surgery.I said if i rate @Abhinay Singh and Ajit Virwani as 10 .. considering my hair caliber can i expect a 7-8 ?
She said lets aim for 9 ..😃
As @Captain Haddock and @JohnAC71said..just need to enjoy the procedure..
Thanks @Eugenix Hair Science and everyone for the best wishes..
Next thread will be procedure and Journey.. @Melvin-Moderator
You can expect a 10 of course. There is no reason why you shouldn't.
Regarding PRP, it is okay even if you forego the therapy in the future. It is not key to the survival of the grafts or for the growth. If you do take it, it will provide a supplementary advantage.
What is most important is Finasteride. This medication will keep all of your pre existing hair from being vulnerable to androgenetic alopecia.
Rest assured, we shall definitely treasure your trust in us and strive to give you the best procedure possible in your case.
God bless.

It is too early to judge the results at 5 months. We shall have to be patient and wait. However, please do continue your medications and do not lose hope. You will most definitely have an amazing growth.

You should share some scalp pictures here. Along with what final look you have in mind. Then the doctors can give you their ideas and suggestions. Only after that, you should nit pick the clinics that you'd like. If travelling is not an issue then try to go to the most trusted doctors. Wish you the best ahead.

We have also handled cases like these where after new grafts (if available) are planted and they make it look better. It is unfortunate for the scalp though.

I'm 16 and noticed this when I asked the barber to cut me a crop top my friends at school sitting behind me told me that my hair is thinning
Just see a dermatologist and start multivitamins. Don't go for Finasteride as of now.

It is pretty amazing density for that amount of grafts. His donor area looks relatively untouched !
Thank you for saying that. It means so much to us and the patient himself.

From a uk perspective it’s starting to improve. We have mass vaccinations happening. However it’s hotly debated if this will make any difference to travel.
Lets hope for the best sir.

Thanks, Abhinay. I'm really looking forward to being able to come to Eugenix when the pandemic allows for it!
Thank you sir. We are also holding our breaths until our beloved patients can come for the procedure. We can only hope the pandemic lessens it's wrath soon.

Dream result, amazing. Can you post details about patient donor capacity, donor density, hair calibre etc?
Thank you sir. The patient had a good donor area. His hair calibre was good and we found a lot of double follicle grafts. His donor still has a good reserve left for any future transplant if required. However, if he keeps taking finasteride then he will not lose any more pre existing hair.
