If he had the 'resources', could he get more density without risking permanent shock loss?
He could if he had more donor. But fortunately he is very satisfied with his result. On the contrary, he did not want extreme density.

Finally, if he threw a few fibers in there or got some SMP, it would look golden!
He is satisfied with what he's got. He went for the surgery with very realistic expectations.

Was the grafts taken from BHT also ? Or was it mostly scalp ?
We took the grafts from his scalp and beard donor areas only. We planned a high hairline for him and adopted a very conservative approach towards his procedure. We planned to utilize the available donor grafts to achieve optimum coverage with a realisctic density.

This is very good considering his starting point ! 👏
Thank you. He did have a rather large area to be covered and limited donor.

Echoing the thanks on this often overlooked and avoided important area, great video. That part where he says they do about 4-5 procedures a week that involve temple work, would love to see a steady stream of those results here! Does Eugenix have some proprietary tools they've developed that are crucial to achieving consistent results here?
Thank you for your kind words. We do have a very specific principle of customizing every procedure. Having said that, we have not developed any specific tool for this purpose. It all comes down to the intelligent planning, selection and placement of the appropriate grafts for a natural looking result. The temple reconstruction involves a lot of factors: the curve of the hair, the pigment and caliber of the hair. etc etc

This is a fantastic video. I've been trying to figure out for a long time if I should get my temples re-done when I get my second HT, but it's hard to say because so many clinics struggle a lot with making it look natural (my hair is curly too, which I think makes it even harder for the surgeon to plan). Eugenix does a great job with temples however.
You can send us some pictures for evaluation. We could give you the details regarding what we can do for you.

Mr. Sachin Gandhi has had an amazing transformation. Being a neighbor to the clinic, he has been an obvious example for us. We feel fortunate to have such friends around us and their unending support. Plus he is giving us his love and unending friendship bu sharing his experience through a video testimonial. Please do witness his absolute and amazing hair growth.

This is absolutely insane. Where did the beard hair go? I can’t tell a difference.
The beard grafts have been planted in the mid scalp.

We shall be posting the same soon.

@Fluffhead said in his thread opener that he got the exclusive package because the premium wasn't available until after he scheduled.
It's nice to know that even the Eugenix reps are getting confused by all the packages this clinic is offering.
Apologies for the miscommunication. Fortunately, he has posted his detailed cost breakup in his story.
Thank you for the heads up sir.

Very impressive.
Where do Eugenix doctors prefer to utilise beard grafts - do they specifically place only scalp grafts in the hairline and frontal zone, and then start to place beard grafts from mid scalp onwards ?
Thankyou
Yes, the beard hair grafts are used for the mid scalp as fillers. the hairline and crown are given only scalp grafts.

Great video ! Temple point reconstruction/restoration is so important. A lot of clinics fail to do this. It really does make a massive difference in face framing.
Thank you

The reconstruction of the temple is very crucial in the hair restoration procedure. However, it is a double-edged sword; if not done well it is very catastrophic from an aesthetic pint of view, and if done well then it gives immense gratification. There are many scientific as well as artistic points to master before attempting temple points. The quality of hair, the angle, direction, curl, and the futuristic approach: all the above points have to be kept in mind and each of them play a vital role in the final outcome. We believe, there cannot be any calculation in temple points, it is pure art. Never ever the two temple points of the same person are similar! Left and right temple points always have discrepancies.
Watch the video where our expert Dr Pradeep Sethi, explains Temple point restoration in details:

The 41-year-old had Grade VI baldness on the Norwood Hamilton Scale. For the total coverage of his scalp, we gave him 7300 grafts. He got 4500 grafts for his first sitting in the frontal half of his scalp. 2500 grafts were taken from the scalp donor and 2000 from the beard donor. In the second sitting, he went for 2800 grafts where 1700 grafts were from the scalp donor and 1100 grafts were from the beard donor. The two sittings were done 5 months apart. He had a complete look change by the 5th month itself. However, by the 10th month, his results were outstanding and his scalp was covered with dense and thick hair.
