    I’m about to take topical finasteride. And I saw his before picture. My current state is a lot more hair than his initial start point. And if you look at my density and where my hairline is now, all I really need to do is reinforce my current hairline for it to look similar

    Also hair is messy right now but it is always kinda kinky and wavy. I’d like to straighten out the slightly curved hairline from the front to be like this guy. Then I can chemically relax my hair to make it nice and smooth like I’ve done before and can brush it back. Would look so much better

    Was I one of those bad results? I had 5k grafts from ASMED and the growth was horrible considering the number of grafts a lot of grafts were wasted

    They said because I have diffuse thinning and want transplantation done diffusely throughout my hairline top of the head and crown that wong opts for those surgeries more than hasson

    Saw this guys result from hasson. This would be a great result I feel like is in within possibility for me if you look at where my hairline is and if it just gets reinforced well

    I’m getting hassons xyon topical finasteride gel and will be using that! Here is a response from wong about the permanent decreased blood flow statement by ASMED. im sure I will be fine

    Also, someone was messaging me saying after they went to ASMED and then went to a top 3 surgeon the surgeon used a camera with a light to look under the scalp at their capillaries and they found that they had decreased blood flow more than normal due to the surgery with ASMED. do you think there is significant risk of decreased graft yield with hw due to decreased blood flow with my surgery with ASMED?

    Shaved. I do want to reshape the corners though and wong said he can make it so my corners are more angular rather than a rounded look as they are currently. I expect to do some light temple reinforcement at the front

    I decided to cancel my for hims and get xyon because of the gel technology

    Yeah that’s true that’s why I decided on for hims. I will have to do some be questioning and research about hw alternate topical solution to see if the difference in systemic absorption I’d significant enough to justify the double cost

    $100 per month is kind of a lot too lol I’d want to see a study that shows the difference in systemic absorption between hw method vs other topicals

    Yeah I read about that but it’s supposed to be as the amount less. interesting, I will ask hw about that and ask them to give me a solid mechanism for how that works in comparison to for hims physiologically to prevent system absorption so I am confident they aren’t just saying that. Maybe it’s because it’s a gel

    I think with this surgery and daily use of for hims I have a good shot of achieving that photoshopped look on my pic above. im 30 years old now

    I looked at it but it’s twice as expensive as for hims and it is only topical finasteride rather than both topical finasteride and topical minoxidil. Also it’s a gel rather than a spray i find the spray more convenient for practical day to day lifestyle use. Plus it’s cheaper and has minoxidil in it

    I didn’t wanna take it orally cuz I experienced post finasteride syndrome but I just ordered “For Hims” which is a 2-in-1 topical spray bottle of topical finasteride and topical minoxidil so I am hoping I can use that topical spray bottle and have it thicken up what I currently have and help grow it more and stop the hair loss without the side effects of oral finasteride

    Hopefully between the transplant and for him so can get these areas circled in green nice a dense again. Also the last one I photoshopped using the spot heal brush to fill in the density to get a feel of how much nicer it would look with good density 🥲

    I’m still so annoyed I went to them right when they did that and wasted so much money and grafts

    No I decided in wong. Originally was debating hw, diep, and couto, considered Freitas for a bit. I really wanted couto, but they couldn’t take me until about 6 months later and I just didn’t see enough patient posted results on here so I chose to spend extra money and go with the safest option based on information available to me at the time.

    7000 total and many died and did not yield which makes me so upset. wong estimated a bit under 3000 left

    Yeah I need thicken up the hairline so it isn’t see through and then fill out that crown
