@Melvin- Admin considering his results would you consider Pittella for one transplant to thicken some areas?
not that you need it just the icing on the cake

bro just flexing on us now🤣 kudos to you brother enjoy that head of hair!
that reminded me
@mtb did your brother have a procedure with Pittella?
-
how do you see hair transplants evolving in the future & improving?
We are seeing some surgeons harvesting far more grafts then in the past

Bro wtf this is crazy. Your donor looks immaculate. Is it okay to share your results on IG? I can blur your face. I think the people should see this incredible work.
i think Zarev is improving his technique.
Its just insane the healing & the donor after 12k grafts taken out.
like @mtb by all accounts did not have a brillant donor area at all

What makes you say this is a great result? The hair in the result pictures are combed forward hiding all the hairline and in the only picture that they are using the comb to pull the hair up what you are looking at is his pre existing forelock.
what looks at the photos. Looks excellent.
sure if you pull hair in certain direction will look thinner but thats normal

A sugar processed diet is very very bad for your health long term but majority ea plenty of sugar.
I had sides with oral fin after 2 years had to stop. Oral min no sides. It really is an individual choice & if your willing to take the risk.

I’d be up for it. He already asked to come back in August-ish for final photos he can put on his website/insta/YouTube.
Thanks man. It’s come a long way.
would he offer any discount for doing media like that?

Day 7 – Update
Most of the scabs have come off. Now bracing for the upcoming shed. Similar to my 1st sitting, the implanted areas look a little red, and expect this to take a few months to subside. Happy with the hairline, it will soften up when the slow-growing hairs, grow in. Everything looks very similar to my 7-day post-op after my first sitting (which I’m taking as a reassuring sign).
looks really good buzzed. hairline looks awesome

I think it's going well. Hard to tell because the hair from the first transplant is so long now. Does seem to be filling in though. I'll post some pics in a few days. The four month update.
Also, I get annoyed how every American restaurant, at least in the states I'm in, all have the crazy harsh downlighting. Something about a dark restaurant with a super bright interrogation light bulb overhead makes the frontal hair look thin. Not sure if that's because the 2nd round hair hasn't grown in enough or if it's just the limitations of a hair transplant. Outside of that scenario the hair looks awesome in every other lighting. I don't think about it too much anymore.
prob limitations even people with no hairloss who have thinner hair look thin under those lights.
4-6 months is where most growth happens 3-4 is only when growth starts from my experience

Day 9, most scabs off, stupidly used a normal shampoo yesterday and burnt my head ha, just was not thinking, time for baby shampoo today. Hair around 1mm and slightly different lengths all over with how its been chopped, but liking the way its looking at such an early stage, still worried my main concern area on the left hump is still very weak, but lets see
looks really good the placement. Crown & midscalp will be pretty dense im sure

@Gatsby looks really good. how many scalp grafts you had now in total?

Pittella said he can get 7-8K from my scalp in first 2 day surgery.
Sethi said 3-4K.
zarev basically said come in person for consultation but I’ll likely decline you, which is interesting. I don’t think Zarev can take more scalp hairs than Pittella; I think they are both about the same. The punch size thing is overrated.
what did you end up doing?
Zarev can take more scalp than anyone that cannot be disputed. He has taken 18k grafts on a patient for the scalp often uop to 15k.
Numbers no one else can reach. He doesnt like beard hair in general that would be the difference with Pittella
Pittella is amazing too though. Zarev plans long term he wants his patients to have enough dobor resources in most cases from the scalp.
Thats probably why he is thinks you are not a patient. But im sure Pittella will do a great job if you go with him

pics shows the impact hairloss can have.
Not just the hair on his head but @Bandit90 looks alot healthier now.
Delighted for him with his results. For sure it was worth the 40k plus it cost.

I can only speak from my personal situational, but Pittella essentially showed Much more confidence evaluating my donor area than Zarev. When you have one doctor saying you are a borderline candidate, and the other says he can easily get 10-12K grafts from you in 2 days, it’s eye opening. Pittella is very confident in how he explains the approach. Not sure if Zarev is simply just pickier because of demand now.
Zarev doesnt like beard hair but he can get more scalp than anyone else.
Zarev quoted me 2300grafts to thicken my crown & other areas after personal consult
Pittella is certaintly much more aggressive quoted me 4200grafts online consult to lower my hairline & aggressive temple peaks.
Was appealing but i feel Zarev's plan is muxh better long term. No beard grafts will be required for me long term & im happy with my hairline after 2 previous procedures.
Pittella is amazing too but he cant get as much scalp grafts & Zarev's long term planning & attention to detail is incredible. I think Zarev puts more focus into the long term than Pittella

I have talked to Pittella, Sethi, and Zarev.
I believe Pittella is truly on a different level than the other two, who are still top 5 in the world for Norwood 7. Highly recommend you do the zoom with Pittella but defenitely get opinions from Seth and Zarev and others as well to see the difference.
why would you regard Pittella on a different level to Zarev?

Ok. I am more than happy sacrificing 350 grafts. If a higher amount, would have been a no go. But there is still some donor left in the donor bank if needed in 30 years time.
yeah just more so syself i am conservative in regards to having good density for the future
its very unlikely you will lost much anyway. Most of your hairloss is complete

Priority was given to the crown though. I made an informed decision and was not forced at all (please don't interpret it this way). Doctor even suggested another procedure if i ever wanted to do this. I was clear that I didn't want any hair in my hairline and temples which could be used in crown, which they did!
thanks for clarifying.
I would want to keep those grafts in reserve myself for the next 30 years or so. But im sure you will get a great result
-
After meeting with Dr Sethi and assessing my hair, he believed there was scope to improve my existing hairline and temples
seems like you were pushed to get more grafts tbh
have to say think Eugenix are too aggressive with the hairline & temples. This is an excellent case but priority sould be the crown & getting the scalp as dense as possible
-
have to say @Melvin- Adminhas been very balanced in his criticisms of Eugenix.
Some great cases with Sethi proper planning. I think it has been established the lower packages get good growth but the planning is pretty poor they leave patients looking unnatural & with disconnections are too aggresive with temple peaks & the hairline in cases of high norwood's
