  1. Hey all. 12 week update / 3 month update (technically 2 months 3 weeks but whatever) Started noticing small hairs coming through around week 10-11.
  2. I would recommend Demirsoy, seen excellent work from him.
  3. Considering adigo91 was extremely diffused in a NW5 pattern, the results are quite impressive. Framed face now with a solid hairline. Who looks at the top of your head anyway?
  4. Atleast 2000 grafts. More like 3000. Check Dr Erdogan of Turkey.
  5. I'm 2 months 2 weeks and 3 days post OP. Will post photos at 3 months
  6. I was in the same boat as you, NW2.5 going on 3. Took the plunge and decided to get one. 2.5 months post OP now. I'm glad I did it. Get it done then if you need another one a few years down the line so be it. Or new treatments available by then.
  7. Nice work. Would have been a long day. Look forward to your progress
  8. I also had my transplant performed by Dr Cinik. Can you add some post OP photos too?
  9. Tell her... You had dermatitis. No one second guessed that as my story
  10. Ok so where my native hair & the transplanted grafts just behind my old hairline, its like crust, scab like, should I be picking and removing this dead skin? I don't want it somehow interfering with the growth as I approach the 3 month post OP mark. Thanks in advance for your advice
  11. Looks nice. Which doctor performed your surgery?
  12. 8 weeks post OP. Not much happening, a lot of dandruff/dead skin where my native hair & transplanted hair coincide on my old hairline. Using Nizoral once a week for that. Hopefully new small hairs sprout soon.
  13. I don't mind the dandruff, can live with it. Just don't want it jeopardising my results. Not able to find much information on dandruff & its effect on transplants
  14. I'd decided to lay off Nizoral until 3 months, advice that Raha's clinic uses. But it's really bad above my hairline, a lot of dead skin. I don't mind this, but can excess dandruff inhibit transplant results? That's my main concern
  15. A Transplant without propecia would benefit you for a few years, but then you'd have noticeable thinning behind. Ideally you want to stabilise your hair loss, Without propecia that doesn't really happen. Up to you what you want to do.
  16. I am nearly 2 months post OP from Dr Cinik. I believe he is close to the best value for money in Turkey. If money is no object & you want to spend up large, the names mikeyhwk mentioned are worth looking into.
  17. 6 weeks post OP. I'm quite fascinated how the recipient area is still red and slightly sensitive. Nothing is really happening however, have maybe retained 10% of the hairs of my shed.
  18. Looking good to me, would like to see you let it grow
  19. I'm having bad dandruff too. Wanting to use Nizoral but everyone is advising against. Dandruff is a small price to pay to maximise the final result
  20. Hi guys, Now 5 week post OP, I have crazy dandruff. Prior to my surgery I was using Nizoral once a week which minimized my dandruff, Is it safe for me to start using Nizoral again now? I don't want to risk it effecting my results.
