Already a big improvement and I think you have a lot more thickening and improvement to come - I usually notice a good amount of improvement for most guys between beginning of month 8 and month 10 and then some more gradual improvement from month 10 to month 12. Quick question though, if it is day 238 then doesn't that mean you are in week 34 not week 38? If so, then that means you are even earlier in the process than you thought

Yep, I did 2,500 FUT in late Feb so I'm just a little bit behind you and HT Regets and UKLad (I haven't created a thread yet though). It'll be fun to see our little Cooley cohort develop as 2018 progresses.

Also, did you ever get an answer from Hasson on why he was so aggressive with the scar placement? I know H&W have a reputation for going high but I can't recall ever seeing them go that far in front of the ears...?

Who is Don Mctyer? I've never heard of him and when I googled him there are zero results. I also found the website for Colorado Surgical Hair and Institute and see no mention of that person's name. The only doc listed on that site is someone by the name of Lisa Hammond How did you choose this clinic in the first place? What research did you do?

Can you post some clearer photos of your donor zone (and from different angles.) Looks pretty see-through, concerned that the 7k FUE extraction pattern was too aggressive... Also, what are the details of your cousin/doc? How many years experience, How many FUE procedures have they performed, are they IAHRS member, etc?

Completely agree with this sentiment and I also found it very helpful when people properly titled their threads. I feel like it would be helpful if there were more consistent guidelines with thread titles for patient reviews. At a minimum they should include: Date Doctor & clinic Name (I.E. Some people search for Erdogan, some search for ASMED) Technique: FUT/FUE # of grafts If it was a repair then indicate so For example 3,200 FUE Dr Erdogan (Asmed) - 10/24/15 Clean concise and has all of the critical info. If people want to add other info then of course they are free to do so but these pieces of info should be mandatory - otherwise it can be hard to find them using the search function.

Yes it's called long hair FUE and I believe Erdogan does offer this but be aware that it costs more and may not be available for larger sessions

That's great to hear, glad things are moving along smoothly for you. Per Matt's comment, have you had any pimples, ingrown hairs, etc?

Gotcha, that makes sense. Well like you said, gonna be slow going at this stage. Just gotta remain patient. How is the itchiness, numbness, etc? Any pain at this point?

Is the whitish discoloration of the skin at the recipient zone normal for this stage?

Thanks for following up. Yeah I agree with you, I really think Cooley's work is top-notch and I'm not quite sure why he doesn't get as much attention as some of the other big-name docs in the field. Yeah I'm in the same boat, gonna need to decide what areas I want to emphasize and how much I want to push hard for my desires versus trusting the doc to just do his thing Bathroom pics look really good That's good to hear and makes a lot of sense

100 grafts? What a joke. You mentioned that he was upset with you during your most recent consult? Can you explain? Did he try and insist that this was a high quality good result? I recommend using this forum to shine a spotlight on his shoddy work and maybe he'll eventually feel some pressure to do the right thing. For the mods: I'm with the other guys in this thread that think Dr Beehner needs to come tell his side of the story ASAP and serious thought should be given to removing him from the list of recommended docs.

Yeah you had a good number of triples in there so would've expected better density. Has the clinic said anything at this point since you are at the ~13 month mark?
