  1. Hello David, I just saw your photos and they seem good. You had three surgeries? All this time I thought having many surgeries may be a bit too much for the scalp to handle. I guess not some people are lucky. Have you thought about getting another procedure to add more density in the front? Appreciate it. Good luck!
  2. Hello speegs, Yes this is what I have read before also. It is a shame that doctors like Baubac I think still exclusively use FUE in their procedures. FUT may yield more density than FUE more chances than not.
  3. Nioxon adds volume and I consider it better than the other volumizers out in the market now. Consider Lipogaine shampoo which has shown to be very good in regrowth for men. After some weeks I noticed impressive regrowth in my crown area.
  4. Hello KO, Rolling Stones heh? I see. If I understand you correctly I think what you mean is if you want a bit more density go for FUT.
  5. Hello Jroze, Good question. In the past I have talked to several clinics about this same issue. Even though they generally recommend taking medications after surgery they all said not taking them would not accelerate hair loss. They informed me that many of their patients who decided not to take any meds post-op have yielded excellent results 8 - 12 months later. You will be ok. Good luck!
  6. Hello, HairDew, Thank you for the reply and clarification. I see now what you mean! I should have known hotel and lodging is somewhat cheaper in Turkey. As for Feller maybe it is possible to request him as your doctor? Could be a possibility. No doubt Baubac produces better results than Erdogan assuming Baubac's work is consistent. But still Baubac's prices are ridiculously high. I am interested in Baubac but seriously $21,000 is too much. A little too rich for my blood. But when I called Baubac's office last week a spokesperson said his prices are comparable to any other clinic's. I doubt that now.
  7. Hello primomusic, Nioxin is amazing! My two friends, a male and female, use it and I have noticed much more thicker hair when I see them in the morning going to work. Pay no mind to the trolls. Their negativity just blocks you from any means that helps you enjoy a good thick of hair. Good luck, you will do fine!
  8. Good to hear Dutchie. Hope you found a good resolution on your procedure. Good luck.
  9. Hello HairDew, Glad you replied! Thank you. Regarding Erdogan charging less than Baubac, don't you think it is cheaper to travel to see Baubac in Califronia than all the way to Turkey? Especially if you already live in USA? You also said Feller does "touch up" work. This reminds me, Rahal does this too. Anyway are you saying Feller does not do FUT dense packing?
  10. Hello gillenator, Thank you for that critical piece of info. I need as much info as I can get! But the question is, do the supposedly reputable clinics in the industry employ 'yield verification' also? If there were a list of clinics that use this verification I would love to research that in depth/ Thank you again gillenator.
  11. Hello HairDew, Thank you for such an informative view. This is making me second think seeing armani, even confused about seeing him or not. What does not make sense is why armani did not stick with his original formula (FUT) that made them a superstar in the industry. Had they not switched to FUE they would've been branded the emperor of hair transplants. It is very disappointing. Perhaps when I call them and inquire just for info sake, I may request FUT. But I would not count on it since I read they only work with FUE. But there is that chance. Looked at many results of Baubac's transplants from last year........... Hair Transplant / Hair Restoration Surgery Results - Hair Loss Forums When you consider all these amazing results you can see why I am tempted to going to Baubac. But I am cautious also. Feller looks good to me I admit.
  12. You are actually advocating more density? You, the one who warned that dense packing is dangerous?? Hi Bugatti, Konior seems to be a fine specialist from what I have seen. You will have no issues with him at all. Just be careful getting advice from others who say one thing one day and something different another. You are in good hands with Konior and your hair will turn out to be great I am confident about that. Good luck!
  13. How is the possibility that more hairs survive in FUT than FUE ridiculous?
  14. Hello mikeyhwk, What I meant to say was more follicles survive under FUT than FUE. At least that is my understanding based on what I have read over time. It is possible that I could be wrong. I have also seen bad FUTs and good FUEs. This is an area that I need clarification in.
  15. Hello dagwood, I can imagine what you are going though. Want to know if you had the option to get FUT instead? Did your doctor recommend FUE over FUT? I'm in the same boat and want to decide whether to get FUT or FUE. I am leaning towards FUT based on what I have read about it because hair follicles last longer under FUT. WHat do you think?
  16. Do a lot of research. Many people will post misinformation just to sucker you out of your money. So be vigilant and always go with your gut feeling.
  17. Looks good so far. Give it another 4 - 6 months and progress will come
  18. But don't you have to be careful when ordering the stuff online? Do you know if there is an expiration date on these over the counter medications?
  19. Stop trolling and insulting others. It is not our fault what you are going through. You got a lot of anger and negativity. I am reporting you now.
  20. If you are here to accuse others of false facts like a 12 year old do not waste our time. People are here to get help and learn. The last thing we all need is a troll. On my other threads you replied properly. But on this one you reply immaturely. Do us all a favor and do not visit my threads now and in the future. If you are stuck with a bad transplant do not blame the rest of us for wanting to get a densely packed one. Hello BeHappy, It is good to hear from mature and intelligent adults like yourself who invest their time helping others without insults. Appreciate it greatly. Thank you for your reply. Just to let you know this is not one of those smaller armani clinics. It is the one in Beverly Hills managed by Baubac. I understand your explanation with the future risks in dense packing. But if you think about it other reputable clinics also employ the same strategy for dense packing. Don't they also run the risk of depleting the donor area for future needs? IMHO I agree with you and I think dense packing can be done but only on those with enough donor hair to future-proof future shedding. What do you think about this?
  21. Hi gillenator, Appreciate the reply. Given his high dense pack grafts I wonder how Dr. Baubac is able to churn out many great looking successful results. The fact he is considered credible to some here is very strange indeed! Today I will contact the spokesperson and pose him some questions about this. Will circle back to let you know his answers. Should be either informative or entertaining. In any case I am very attracted to what I have seen thus far, I will not lie. That said I will probe this matter further.
  22. Hello, HTsoon, I saw the images on your thread and the progress you made with your transplant. There I read you had FUE done. Even though you decided on FUE do you think FUT is better? There is some talk that FUT is better regarding follicular survivability where hairs have a better chance to grow under FUT than under FUE. What do you think? Around what percentage of follicles survive more under FUT than FUE based on what you researched or experienced? Is it safer in general to get FUT? Is it also true that FUT is considered outdated technology and should not be considered given advances in FUE?
  23. Hello spex, Do you think that biotin can thicken hair in the long run? How long do you need to wait before seeing that happen?
  24. Hello matt1978, As I look at your images you do not appear to be thinning at all. Your transplant is very darn good to me. 'Diffuse' is diffuse no matter how you slice and dice it.
