  1. Which of the top FUE doctors are active in the surgery and how much. I'm thinking of Dr Bisanga, Erdogan, Lorenzo, Ferduini etc. I feel like erdogan just stands at the main entrance and just greets patients and then disappears leaving it to technicians. And those doctors who are active, What are the different stages they are active in.
  2. Fully agree that the headline is totally misleading. Should actually be something like "Dr bhatti saved me from a FUE failure "
  3. Oh my god your lucky Dr bhatti stopped so you could keep your donor. A doctor in Turkey would've destroyed you. It clearly sounds like you should check out FUT. Forget FUE.
  4. Thank you everyone. I'm not having a HT because of this thread. I'll just wait until something similar to FUE gets better.
  5. I see only one downside here, which is huge, and it's your expectations.
  6. My hairloss is almost identical to this. I'm subscribing.
  7. The reality in this thread has killed me a little. When almost all doctors say FUT is so much better, then you quickly realize this is the case. I for sure am one of those who have overlooked a FUT in favor for FUE but never realized FUT is way better and i've been on hair forums for more than 8 year. I really really don't want to get a FUT but i also really really don't want to get a FUE which is so so. I'm trying to optimize my result and the only way seem to be FUT. Two reasons has made me revert to square 0, this thread and that i don't know which direction my hair loss is taking. Please continue the discussions, even though the truth is hard, it is the only right thing.
  8. I've seen bad FUTs and bad FUE and when both were shaved, the FUT looked much worse with the smiley scar. I saw the very harvested donor on the FUE patient but somehow I think it looked much better than a FUT scar. In my world, FUE looks better if everything turns out bad and patient needs go with plan B and shave.
  9. He probably asks how many grafts were with 1-2-3 hairs and how dense they were packed in different areas on the transplanted area.
  10. Like almost always when ASMED does it.
  11. I will for sure. How much (%) would you guys estimate I've lost til today?
  12. Hey guys, thank you very much for your answers. I started Fin about 1 month ago and have been doing Ketokonazol and Minox for many years. I also do LLT 1-2 times a week. The term diffuser is used very diffusely The right meaning is if you lose hair all over your head. I don't, i'm simply thinning on my NW area. Check these pictures. The two first are from before and the others are on my current condition. I could try to get more before pictures and take new ones if needed. I appreciate all responses! Edit: The last picture is also from before. A little dark picture though.
  13. I'm a genetic balder (diffuser) so i have not been receding. I've thinned a lot but i still think it looks ok and i would be happy to keep my current density. It can be that i've lost more than half and it still looks ok. I would like to estimate the density on my thinned area at the moment so i can do a transplant and aim for this density in the future. I do have a lot of see through when i comb it sideways but i'm perfectly fine with that. I use a little toppik today. If i also estimate density on donor area, then i will know how much i've lost and what to expect in the future. I'm predicting NW6 for me. How should i continue do you guys think?
  14. Where did you read about discontinue of finasteride in Sweden?
  15. mrcarrol, do you have any clue what density you had before the transplant?
  16. I would guess he's unhappy and won't come back to respond to this thread. Pitty as it would be very interesting to hear an update. Is there a way to mail him and ask him to update this thread?
  17. Would it somehow be beneficial to have a reputable DR like Dr Keser that does it solo? It might also be a bad idea?
