I would say 1450 grafts is more than enough. You dont wanna use too many grafts because you wanna have plenty of donor hair left for when your MPB progresses further as you get older

Or just ask airport security for a quick private room screening

If you're gonna try saw palmetto makes sure you add nettle and pygeum to that in a combination formula. And remember you get what you pay for, always go with an established brand. The cheapie brands often dont work as well

I've heard after 2 weeks the grafts are pretty much secure. So after 4 weeks you should be okay wearing a reasonably tight hat. So long as you're not cutting off blood circulation or anything

Bro, why dont you just buy some Toppik and cover all that up. Problem solved. Then when all the hair has grown out next year or so you can stop the Toppik. And you're perfect for Toppik because you have black hair so the color should match perfectly

Thats smart. I've looked at dozens of youtube videos and for the crown area its almost undetectable. It might look a tiny bit coarse but since its the crown nobody will really notice. I think the benefits of a covered up crown outweigh the negatives of the hairs looking a bit coarse. Dr. U has performed some excellent work. He's located in L.A. area. I asked Christina @ H&W, she said its best to wait at least 2 days before flying out, but some guys have been known to fly out the next day after surgery. I'm going to wait and see how I feel, if I'm very groggy the day after I'm gonna skip my flight and book a one-way a few days afterwards. Also, can I take minoxidil the day after surgery, or should I wait a few days??

Do you know approximately how many total grafts you had transplanted so far?? Doesnt have to be an exact number, just approximately. Reason why I'm asking is because most people have anywhere between 5,000 to 9,000 total donor hair grafts available, and that is it. You cant get anymore then that. It also depends on which Norwood you are. If you're a severe NW7 you're probably in the 5,000 range of available donor hair. You simply dont have anymore after that, and you'll have to start digging into the beard-hair and body hair

At the end of the day you gotta do what makes you happy. If adding a few hundred grafts to cover up that thinning area makes you happy, then go for it

Just an example, here's an old pic of Bill Clinton 20 years ago, Slick Willie never suffered from baldness, but you can clearly see his hairline is a bit thin on his right side. It looks completely natural though, in fact it would not look natural if he were to fill that part in with a hair transplant

I just wanna point out that lot of people who are not losing their hair have a natural hairline that looks a little irregular. So if anything your hair looks very natural. The last thing you want is a hairline that looks TOO perfect
