  1. I dont know, but I would always ask a reputable doctor if its OK to have another HT, because the shady ones will just tell you what you wanna hear. Also grabbing a mirror yourself and assessing your donor area is important as well, if its starting to look thin you're propably at your limit. Might also wanna look into a partial beard-hair transplant. How many total transplants have you had so far??
  2. If the hair started falling out right after your FUE surgery I'm pretty sure its shock loss. I think you're panicking and thats why you're coming up with theories that are probably not true. Its understandable though, I'd be panicking too
  3. It make take a few months though. You should buy some Toppik to cover it up http://www.amazon.ca/Toppik-Hair-Building-Fibers-Brown/dp/B000CBVAQ0
  4. I have no idea what you're trying to say here. Could you please elaborate a bit more??
  5. Shock loss in the donor area will almost always grow back. Dont sweat it, bro
  6. Give the guy a fucking break. He's been through a lot. I know, because Ive been through the same shit for the last 20 years. Go f__ck off already!!!!! (sorry mods for swearing)
  7. So at the end of the day, would you say the hair transplant was worth it, or not??
  8. If you're being sarcastic that wasnt my intention at all to be mean-spirited to you. I think, based on what I've seen and read on these forums, your hair looks phenomenal. I have no idea why you're complaining
  9. I hear you about "optimal". I'm trying to do my best when it to comes to optimal pre-surgery stuff. I've already started my scalp-laxity thingies
  10. Okay but.......I STILL think you are fishing for compliments.....LOL. Your hair looks great, your Hairline looks even better. Whomever did your HT should be commended for the great job they did. I'm not sure why you're even on this forum
  11. So wait, if I stick my head out of the plane and increase the cabin pressure, I could possibly get more grafts??!!
  12. Are you fucking kidding me, that hairline looks phenomenal! Some guys would kill for a hairline like that. Me thinks you know it looks good and are fishing this forum for compliments
  13. I told Daria at H&W my schedule and that I'd be leaving next day after surgery, she said that was fine. She didnt say anything about it being dangerous to fly out next day. I'm gonna email her again to make sure. If I have to I'll extend my Vancouver trip by a few days
  14. So I booked my flight and hotel room already. My surgery is March 30th. What was initially a bit of fear, has now turned into excitement. I will finally be getting my life back. Just one question, my plane leaves next day right after surgery. Is it possible swelling could start while I'm on my flight and I start looking like a zombie halfway over Winnipeg?? Like this guy
  15. What do you guys make of these body-hair to scalp transplants?? Supposedly they can use chest hair, beard hair....etc on the scalp now as well. Trick is you have to mix it in with regular scalp FUE hairs, otherwise it looks to coarse. Dr. Umar has done some excellent work: I was thinking maybe I should get the maximum out of my 2 FUT's and transplant 7,000 graft scalp hairs. Then leave the crown till last and transplant a mixture of 1,000 FUE scalp grafts with 2,000 FUE beard grafts
  16. Copy the image address links, PM those links to me, I'll host them on a neutral image site and I will then repost them in this thread for you
  17. I read somewhere that micro-pigmentation can cover up almost any large size scar. But yeah, I keep my hair short now because it looks better that way. Once I got my HT I'll probably grow it a bit longer. 4cm or about 1.5 inches is where I used to have it
  18. And the way to achieve illusion is by spacing the transplanted hairs further away from each other then they were before, am I right??
  19. Hey guys, 2 more questions please. What if an emergency happens a few days before surgery and I cannot fly out to H&W?? Am I SOL or can they move my surgery date up another month or two ahead?? Of course I hope this doesnt happen, but I do need to know what my options are
  20. Gotcha!! I dont think he would go that far on my scalp then, because the density on both sides of my scalp is very low
  21. Question: 4703 grafts with Dr. Hasson - Page 4 - Forum By and for Hair Loss Patients
  22. Uhm, can someone tell me why the stitches of this guy go all the way to his forehead almost?? Isnt that way too far?? Is my scar gonna go that far too??
