  1. yes it could also be called mini strip or modified strip at the end of the day its results that count so lets see more examples of this new approach and patient testimonies going forward
  2. It looks good to me You look to have great donor hair but reading your first post the hairs to graft ratio was low at 1.73 Nonetheless you see to have got good early growth and a big improvement Are you Happy so far?
  3. I would think you are a good candidate with having a good donor (8K grafts) and being on fin You are still young and have a high norwood level of baldness though so I would be conservative if I was you with your hairline placement, you are in the right place though and have contacted some good doctors there
  4. how big are the punch sizes with this new tool? my initial reaction would be that it would vastly increase that 'moth eaten' look on the donor area when used for larger sessions
  5. haha nice one mate I think your hair looks great short down at the beach, looking cool dude
  6. LOL mate, great analogy that Yes I was wondering about the crown as its a difficult area to treat, its good that you are realistic though, will be interesting to follow your case
  7. hi Pip How many grafts does the doc think you have available? Do you intend hitting the crown area? In terms of healing, you will be given detailed instructions and provided with different products for the aftercare , I also think keeping yourself well hydrated after the op will help so drink plenty of water Good luck with your procedure
  8. excellent result and still more months ahead for maturation, congrats to stu and all at dr bisangas clinic
  9. start supporting Everton FC, I get frequent blood rushes to the head following them!! seriously though, you need to get on fin to lower your dht levels
  10. I too am on fin and have no sides, I feel it has held what ive got remaining but ive also noticed a marked improvement in my donor hair thickness, give it a try mate, start off on low doses and gradually build up to see if your body can tolerate it
  11. Interesting thread this Personally I think your hair looks great Your thread really shows the limitations of a HT in that with high norwoods that 'DenseDream' is pretty much beyond being realistic, if only we all could get 20/30k grafts!! You have come a long long way mate, you have been through a hell of a lot with the stresses and strains of getting this thing done (times 3)!! you look great IMO
  12. Hi Mate Thats terrible having that pain so far out from your procedure, has it settled down now and are you happy with the growth so far?
  13. Hi Mate, You have a large balding crown which looks to be dipping quite significantly into your donor zone too , you could put 4K grafts alone into that crown and still be thin there, its a nightmare area im afraid If I was you and concentrate on framing your face and by going FUE you could shave your head fairly short and have a cool look that way I see you're from Ireland so I'd really recommend jumping on a plane to Belgium(short flight and cheap as chips) and have in person consults with Bisanga and Feriduni before you commit any further, even if you dont choose them to be your HT surgeon you will get great feedback Best of luck
  14. nice improvement with 2995 grafts, very wise use of them from dr bisanga
  15. when I see you've updated im hoping when i enter your thread that it has all suddenly taken off for you but alas, it hasnt, while you do have a fringe it is rather see through and the midscalp region never took at all, feel for you mate, what is your plan for the future? How many more grafts have you available?
  16. big improvement, this guy has got himself a 'david de gea' hairstyle now!!
  17. would have been great to see your progress, dont know why some guys bother starting threads then do a houdini act
  18. congrats Stinger, you done it pal, well done! look forward to seeing your pics
  19. I wouldnt be happy with this either, what has the clinic said? Ive seen a few patient posted threads from this clinic who have had poor results yet the clinic presents very good results, I prefer to follow the patients progress, thanks for updating, your a credit to the forum , do you have any plans on having another procedure?
  20. looking right where you should be, you should see a big difference now that the doldrums phase is over, good luck pal
