I would hope the same, and possible but slow growers are generally, 1- Older ages, 2- Long standing total baldness, 3- Top crown area transplant 4- Racially poor donors (Indians, central Asians people) 5- Major FUE operations over large areas with more than 4000 grafts. Caucosian, front area transplant, young age, incomplete hair loss over transplanted area, all favorable conditions; the growing shouldhave been much better at 6th mos. If I am not wrong with the pictures, there is still almost nothing here. Looks like after 3rd mos. Anyway, lets wait and see 9th mos.

Bill, your opinion please? If a plastic surgeon does both rinoplasty and cosmetic breast surgery operations, should one of them be considered as a side business to bring in extra revenue to him? What about if he adds face lifting operations in his business? What about if he adds body shaping operations in his business? What about if he adds HT operations in his business? What about if practitioner physicians (who can only work in the primary health care system) adds HT operations (illegally by laws) in their business? Which one must be considered as a side business to bring in extra revenue. -in your term.

Garage, Exercises strenghten muscles, do not provide extra skin or skin laxity. This scalp relaxation exercises is just an exaggerrated demands and wishes, therotical but do not work in practice. Surgeons konw and do not give much faint to this scalp exercises. But it looks good in advertorial videos of course

You can be sure that I am very competent about legality issues. Turkish Health Ministry regulations stipulate that hair transplantation may only be performed by aestetic plastic surgeons and dermatologic surgeons in Turkey. (Tech involvement is very different issue on operations) Physicians/doctors are only medical practitioners. They have no licence to do any operations on patients (just suturing skin wounds is allowed in emergency conditions) Practitioners has the same legality as technicians in the eyes of Health Authorities. And, the laws and rıules also includes for the other brances, that said, even other physicians from another medical/surgical branches is not allowed to do HT operations. Practitioners can only be work legally in goverment hospitals, small clinics for the general health of the people. If this physician practitioners do HT operations and open a clinic for that, this means that be they are illegally doing hair transplant operations as a side business to bring in extra revenue. In fact they are intruders of HT operations which is legal and scientific operations of Plastic and Dermatologic Surgeons. They just opens a new business just for profit, not to treat patients. Bill, What is your opinion now?. Is that legal for your forum to accept this illegal business and recommend them to the patients? We will continue with the other aspects of the issue....advertising part and patient's rights agains this illegal business. Johnny 2000 please follow carefully, it will help you much.

Check the back, not top, top area is always tight and strip is not removed from the top if sides are not so tight, so back part (where the strip be removed) should not be so tight. Generally 2 cm over the back, max. 1.5 cm over the sides are upper limits of the strips for the first FUT operation. Second FUT strip can only be removed from the back, sides can not be used again.

Possible in theory, but this was still an experimental operation, rejection is still possible, HT is not a life-saving operation, could not be attempted jsut for advertisement.

Are medical practitioners who just completed medical faculty licenced HT physicians?

Also ask, how do you know which doctors (doctors who only compeleted medical faculty, no surgical training, illegality for all operations incl. HT) ) are highly experienced and which are only moderately so?? The universal rule; likes attracts likes, check the SPECIALTY, experience, training and certifications of HT surgeon in charge, The team will reflect those.

Denny, Regardless the technicians use or involvement, HT operations is illegal by Dr. Erdogan, Somebody else who has licence for this operations is sign the operative notes. Do you know who he is? Then he must pay back refundX10 in cased legal issues arise. Did you give you operative epicrisis? It is obligatory. Who signed under it?

Hey Britboy, WOW; just I want to be sure, You had 3 FUT ops. before (with very large scars over your back, I have seen in your thread), your donors had been harvested 3 times before. Dr. Maral ahhhh, sorry Maral technicians removed 3600 grafts form your very reduced donors? an d then get this result? And after this your donors still show normal? Somebody always tried to make the people believe that if tech removed grafts then the donors would just be depleted. And more 2700 grafts from your already depleted donors, again by technicians?? And still there is enough left? No this is impossible, doctors say the opposite, you should be perfect liar. Good luck after this session, I really do not understand why you have needed one more, you look perfect already.

Clinic representative said (moderators do not allow them to post in this forum you know), even rinoplasty operation are priced about 2000-2500 euros there, and any HT with much lower costs should be honestly priced lower. Higher pricing is simple robbery. When Maral was doing incisions (and strip removal) at the years of FUT, it was the same. (I work in the hospital he does operations and my uncle ,hairdresser, regularly refer patients to the clinic) Believe it or not this is the fact. But I wonder if Maral say "earth is round and spinning around the sun" then you will still hardly believe them. Anyway, of course we can not compare the pricing and costs and income levels in different countries. Anyway this is the major problem of this forum that everybody be judged by the law and rules of very different country. So will we never see Maral Clinic as a recommended clinic here (just because chief tech. also does incisions) and showing hundreds of results from FUE operations? I think people here are only interested in to pay for big amounts for HT operations, is this their priority to provide profit for doctors?? (see my previos post)

Maybe there are some expectional doctors (although very rare) who give priority to treat their patients and just wants to give the best possible treatment at any costs. HT is just another operation from a surgical specialty, a treatment, Unfortunately this operation was captured by the others (investors, businmesmann, non-surgeon doctors) to maximize profits. This is just an ethical and moral breakdown which needs cure. Somebody will provide this. The only constant is changing and just wait and see.

If this patient is transexual who requested forehead narrowing, then the planning, hairline designing is apprehensible, Agree, good luck to him, he will need when he try to remove temple area and low positioned front hairline transplanted hairs just a few years later or sooner.

My God, it looks terrific to have 2 days. If you had known this 5K grafts could be done in one day, would you prefer? and keep comfortable the 2nd day, just resting or enjoying city tour? Ahhh, this experimental PRP therapy, big advertorial gimmick, did you pay extra for that?

I do not appreciate the doctors, the operative results according to price, the results and transparancy are important for me, this is your charactheristic giving credit according to the money -painted papers.

To clarify, this is not hair transplant for hair loss, this is forehead hair ransplant, (there is nothing wrong with the surgical technique and since he is very selective case for advertising (all is favorable to get good result for the density), good to start with a thread with him from the beginning.

OK Bill, I will provide constructive/informative criticism for the actual hair loss sufferers. But first, I want to make something very clear. You, moderators, and all others approve doctors who are doing only incisions as a minimum general principle for approval criteria. Graft removal and implantation can be done by technicians according to your criteria, right? Do you think doctors doing only incisions and leaving graft removal and implantation to technicians is enough to advertise on this forum and be respected in the community?

Big, You said that you had 2 days of procedure to complete. What about your experience with the 2nd day? Was it comfortable enough or harder compared the first day? And, did the same technician extract the grafts the 2nd day? or anybody else?
