I took these two pictures from the forum. Would both of you please say which one is correct and the other one is incorrect, and why??

KO, Correct me if I am wrong but your picture show the channels after they are implanted by the grafts and there are many original hairs over the transplanted area. We can not compare them. Anyway I share your opinion on my picture -grid pattern, but what else? But, please let PupDaddy mark his opinion first, then we may continue.

This is very good progress for 8th month. At the beginning, this guy NW6-7 was a candidate for at least 2 HT sessions, regardless the number of the grafts to be transplanted at the 1st op. Full coverage will not be possible when the end result will come about 15th month, but may be possible after 2nd session that will be done later. BWA, keep yourself confident and much will come in the following months, and get one more session from Dr. doganay if your expectation is almost full coverage.

PupDaddy, Only clinics operated by Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons (and Dermatologists) and certified by the Health Authorities in Turkey are legal hair transplant clinics. Medical Practitioners are not allowed to open a clinic for hair transplant, even they can not perform HT legally. Anyway any doctor can do any operation on patients, legality is different issue. Now, do your homework and learn which clinics are approved by the name of he real (plastic or dermatologic) surgeons. Health Authorities just approve responsible surgeon, not the other physicians - medical practitioners even the general surgeons do not approved for HT. Approved Clinics may do HT operations legally using nurses and/or medical technicians, plastic or dermatologic surgeon assume all medicolegal responsibilities. I recommend you do not dig legal issues much, this should not be business of any forum. And I do not think moderators would want this. Anyway, if you so wish, we may discuss more. BTW, I asked you a question in another thread, still waiting your reply. This is an opportunity for you to prove your authority.

Georgia is not a city in Turkey, Russia, or USA. It is a country somewhere in the world with the capital city Tbilisi. I hope you learned something, and I am happy to help you learn more since it seems you need it.

The result is not a completed one here, just after 7 months. And you know good clinics may also have many bad results and unhappy patients as KO implied here.

Funny advice, good clinics with unhappy patients for their bad results are better than bad clinics with all happy patients for their great results. I think the exact opposite is logical but, you are the boss here, know better, keep advicing.

So you say Talizi Klinik is in Georgia. OK. After large scale FUE, growing even may come after 10-11th month. Of course we can not be sure, but I also recommend you to listen Garageland's advice. And, up to the 1 and half year, hair calibers will increase and you may get more fullness. Good luck.

OK, I partly agree with you. But KO's advice; "look for a doctor that has a lot of results, ideally patient posted results" seems logical. Patient satisfaction and happiness should be the most important to evaluate the result. Better than pictures at least. I wonder which Great has the maximal number of happy patients posted his results in HTN? BTW, I understand price FUE per graft, but not FUT per graft, they can always cut more in FUT?

But Taizi surely does large scale FUE that you are interested in, how can you be sure that he use comb-over and the Greats dont use comb-over from the pictures? Maybe the reality is very different? Who knows?

Arent there a lot of comb over patients here in this forum? What is wrong with it, HT is a optic illusion.

I recommend you TALIZI CLINIC in GEORGIA, they do great large FUE cases.

I want to help you. In fact you are honest man but misdirected by dishonest hiar transplant physicians. You may need a HT in future, you deserve the most experienced and honest FUE HT clinic in the universe. Dry pictures only are enough for the presentation of the results. No need for wet pictures. They are just advertorial to inflate the yield/result. I know never believe me now but :rolleyes: will change. The example is highly relevant to the topic we are discussing. The patient had been unhappy after 11 months, but became happy after 18th months. That's mean perfect result. And the result has not completed one, it has been only after one HT session for NW 6 hair loss. We all know NW4-7 can only be restored with at least 2-3 HT sessions, the result may still not be full coverage at the end. Can you show me one thread in this forum, showing the result after one HT session for NW6.? Surgery could have lasted 1 week, no matter.

BUSA and KO are right on that matter; see here what changed even after 10th month, hair maturation (hair caliber increase) mostly occurs after 9th month. http://www.hairrestorationnetwork.com/eve/174447-4000-fue-grafts-dr-maral.html Generally, younger men with NW1-3 hair losses are fast growers, older men with long standing complete baldness are slow growers. Why?, because, if the area is lack of functioning hair follicles for long time, blood supply to the area is diminished as time goes by, and the skin becomes thin and shiny. Transplanted hairs over top area grows later and very slowly, we should evaluate the transplant results of this area after 18 months. And this area can almost never be closed completely, especially with one HT session, due to the whirlpool pattern of the hairs over this area and incomplete growing because of poor blood supply to this area. Anyway, there are a lot of exceptions, as you mentioned.

Impressive for 8 months, and this is just the beginning, you are fast grower though. Could you provide the view with the head tilted as shown in preop pictures. I can not even imagine the result 5-6 months later. You are smart enough for that you did find the best FUE clinic in the universe frustrating endless efforts of KO and his thinking whelp.

Pup; I believe members who follow the threads are smart enough to evaluate the results provided. Idiots only might need an extra advices on their decisions for what to do/where to go, the advice which constantly are given by some posters like you and your partner KO.
