  1. If the area to be transplanted contain many original hairs, wet before pictures show the real condition worse that the reality. (they also take preop shots with shorter, scattered hair to exaggerate more) Postop pictures with longer, combed and dry hairs inflate the result much more than the operation can solely done. Here is some reminder in relevant threads for that issue; I believe Erdogan thinks everybody has the same IQ level and memory as this BUSA. http://www.hairrestorationnetwork.com/eve/175358-dr-koray-erdogan-4000-grafts-fue-2.html
  2. Surgeon?,, the great?? I checked and see he is just a medical practitioner who just completed medical school. Specialization in any surgical branches requires at least 6 years of surgical training after medical school. He just can give prescription for the treatment of flu, can not do any operation legally So, Erdogan / (also Doganay) = technician for hair transplant operations, you do accept this fact or not. In fact you look like hater of Erdogan with your IQ level as usual. Ask him who signs under the operative notes, I mean who will pay back the money in case legal issues arise with the patients? Avoid him like a plaque or better have HT with him, then get your refund x10 for his illegal operation and illegal advertising methods. Or take the hint?????
  3. And, there is really zero risk for infection in any hair transplant operations, because head skin gets so abundant blood supply, just simple sterilization of the equipments are enough to prevent and the tips of extraction punches the blades are already disposable (use and discard) All clinics do wrong but this clinic does right??? Privilage to advertising here, and with always wet before, dry after pictures. And with 5K grafts in patients who really need max 2K grafts. I am so bored seeing this stuff.
  4. Nice advertorial, but too much staff to do one operation per day. Who is my best friend BUSA here?
  5. BTW, this Pianist looks like to have the same level of intelligence and memory with this team of BUSA, Ko, PupDaddy, there has never been a famous clinic with this name in Bagdat Street, as you know better than me. Anyway the perception of patients may be different for "famous".
  6. Thanks Dr. Karadeniz for clarify more, and we agree all, we are waiting to see this nearly or compeletely undetectable scarring. :)I hope you will correct Professor Pup again when he needs. Just I think, if this area be transplanted again, the hairline will be unnaturally low again, and this will be also just waste of grafts considering he needs much more to cover upper parts. Anyway, this is the matter of patience's and yours preference of course.
  7. DELANCEY; Yes less hair cover more with curly hair. Curly hair is advantage for FUT technique, (cutting the strip is the same as with straight hair, because tech.s see the follicles), anyway this is great disadvantage for the FUE technique, because tech.s/doc.s who extract grafts could not locate the hair follicles inside and transection rate is much higher. Sometimes FUE is impossible in people with very curly hair (especially in African descents) PANTOGAR, is used for hair loss treatment caused by certain diseases, it is ineffective and not used for the treatment of androgenic alopecia. This is indicated in the prescription/instruction of the drug. Using it for AndrogenicAlo. is totally a misunderstanding.
  8. Are there two BUSA here? http://www.hairrestorationnetwork.com/eve/178160-maral-ergin-eser-aydogdu-acar-fue-transplantation.html
  9. BUSA SAY EXACT OPPOSITE HERE:http://www.hairrestorationnetwork.com/eve/178153-going-hair-transplant-doganay-any-advises-suggestions-help.html http://www.hairrestorationnetwork.com/eve/177885-worried-about-doganay-after-digging-here-3.html And by Bill, What can be done for that? His clock seems never work. But I am not surprised to see that all Maral Klinik bashers KO, Pup, BUSA has the same level of intelligence and memory.
  10. http://www.hairrestorationnetwork.com/eve/178185-dr-not-present-during-graft-insertion.html Oh my God, how possible in America?
  11. Do not take offensive but you proved your foolishness once more, Pianist knows what is going on here much better than you, this is your problem if you really do understand nothing. Do you still advocate punch removal after reading my explanations? Or have you changed your mind? (if you have any mind?) Note: Clinic representative even gave the names of the technicians regarding who performs every steps of their operations. Now, we are waiting the same honesty from the other clinics.
  12. Pianist, You do not need much English to write here. Which was this famous clinic in Istanbul that performed your first HT? If you do not write its name, we all will assume that it was the clinic that your surgeon got his training on HT.
  13. Pianist, You do not need much English to write here. Which was this famous clinic in Istanbul that performed your first HT? 14. There is no gold standart for repairing low-placed (plug) grafts. There are 2 options, laser removal and Fue removal using the tiniest (0.6 mm) punch as you have mentioned, or combining both, (last option is nothing to do) You have proven your illeteracy on HT issues many times, hope you understand my explanation but; - Tinier the punch more risk for transection. -Transection means hair follicle could not be removed, it will continue produce hair, but there will be a permanent dot(s) scar, although tin); more transection, more unnecessary scar. -So, yes for the tiniest punch; but, more risk for not to remove hair but still the scar will be there. -Now, see the best FUE scars over donor areas after shaving the area which is opened by the tiniest FUE punches, can you say that the area is totally scarless when shaved? -Can you say or can you quarantee the patient before the surgery that the area will be totally scarless since you will open many holes over the forehead, and the forehead, the most prominent, visible part of the head. -considering there will not be enough hairs in the area to cover this tiny dots- -The first line treatment for these grafts (not a gold standart but) is laser hair removal. It is totally scarless. Anyway it may work but also it may not work or may partially work. Lets say, it would not work or partially work. Then the FUE removal can still be applicable to solve the problem. -FUE removal is the second line treatment if laser removal does not solve the problem completely. Even laser removal may decrease the number of hairs need to be removed by FUE extraction later, it means less FUE extraction and less scar. So, beginning with laser loses nothing but gives all advantageous things. Beginning with punch removal lose every advantage of laser to get rid of this trouble condition without having any scar (or much less scar). Anyway, surgeons may have different opinions and can start with the second line treatment. Here, this polite guy 1966 simply asks if his doctor explained all about that, in other words, is Pianist a well-informed patient to give informed consent? Please do not produce any conspiracy theories and paranoid accusations regarding those of us who disapprove of the practices of the clinic that you and KO support. Sure, Blake will disapprove you.
  15. sex during FUT - Forum By and for Hair Loss Patients In fact, you can do all the steps of HT, including extractions, all technicians job nowadays. Anyway better for you to do ( or you want?) strip during your strip surgery. After you remove your clothes somebody who do not use finasteride should help you by ......... It is very relevant and important if we discuss about the legality. And tech. work is really irrelevant for that. Do not forget Dr. K. also stated that he works with technicians, even with inexperienced ones. At least the other works with the professionals with great experience, much more experience than the beginner FUE clinics. And you can be sure ...... do more important tasks on his clinic's patients than to do surgery and than to draw hairline. Follow my following posts and learn.
  16. No, this guy is just asking logical questions, and he is a senior member here. Remember Fredi?? You did exactly what you said here, why are you crying now? Do you know about the legality issues in Turkey?? Do you really think that Dr K. told the truth to you? Dont you see who this pianist is? Are you so foolish to believe that implantation by tech is legal but extraction/incisions is illegal? Do you know doctors other than plastic surgeons are illegal HT doctors, they cant become a surgeons by paying some societies. Do you know the fact that societies by doctors can not legislate about operations, only National Health Authorities can do this. Do you know that HT societies are also illegal, because HT is just an operation, there is no surgical sub-speciality for that . I am really bored of your foolishness and/or bias. You are totally false and misleading here and you are misinforming everybody. First, you leave your bias and misinformation about who/what you imply. Then peace will follow.
  17. Measure the transplant area using milimetric grid paper, (cm2), then multiply it with 35X40 (grafts) (if the area is 40 cm2. 1500-1600 grafts will suffice) more than this is just waste of grafts (you may need them in future for middle and top areas) (do not rely on advertorial videos which show 80 grafts per cm2. this is technically possible (although very risky for the survival of all grafts because blood travelling is jeopardised), every HT surgeon can do this, but NW 3 (100 cm2 about) means 8000 grafts then, almost full capacity of normal high density donor areas, 80 grafts per cm2 at younger ages also means graft waste) if you are younger than 30, do not lower the hairline, just fill the gaps at the sides (no grafting to the temples but, they look ugly with time when temporal area hairs become thinner and if temporal hairline recedes)
  18. Sigh, But Grace? the tech will remove my grafts, and I will pay 10-20x just to have a privilage for non- plastic surgeon doctor will just push a pen in my head which is loaded by techs. again. And we all know only Lorenzo use this pen, Doganay is about to leave it, he already left for large scale cases, he just use it for advertising and he has many dissatisfied and unhappy patients here. If I go others, Feriduni, Rahal, Redy, Bisanga, Erdogan, Doganay for example, almost all FUE guys, tech. will remove my grafts, techs. will implant/insert (I still do not understand what the hell you are naming for that), the non-plastic surgeon physician, even the family practitioner without any surgical training and no HT license (who hired it from a plastic or dermatologic surgeon) will make holes over my head and I will pay 10-20X. If this pen technique is so advantageous, why does almost nobody use it, why do everybody including Maral use lateral slit incision technique?? I think I could trust FUT surgeons more, at least they are (mostly) aesthetic plastic surgeons and they remove the strip themselves. Anyway, techs. cut the strips to prepare the grafts such as FUE graft harvesting, quits again. I have never said that you could trust Maral. Defending him does not meant I am working for him. (I have never said you work for Lorenzo, and BUSA work for Erdogan or Doganay.. I am just one of his patients, like others, will you say(mudsling) also Freddy and Britboy who are also ardently defending Maral in many threads work for him? When it comes to "trust", surely we Turks never trust anybody, even our fathers. I think this might be one of the reasons for pricing policy of Maral Klinik. You have just proven your foolishness once again, sorry but. Now, please reply my question about the slits, (this is in the post number 34) do not sneak off one more time. PUP proved he is clever but illiterate basher of Maral. You will prove you are foolish but ........... basher of Maral. Fill the blank, make your choice.
  19. You can not trust Lorenzo anymore; you know he say in his website there is no auxillary staff to be involved at the operations but many patients here has given even the names of his technicians who do graft extractions now. And I think he did HT operations illegally in UK, UK Health Authorities do not accept and approve the licence and specialty of the foreign doctors who had medical training outside UK. Anyway if he had passed some exams, this might have been possible, but I do not think so. But, nothing here is related to Lorenzo, Please do not deliberately try to distort my words, and reply my question about the incisions in the pictures. Prove your authority... Everybody following this thread are beginning to laugh at you. You are about to lose your prestige. You can just get it back by replying my question, or you are just making .... bla, bla, bla..... but you are always evading when you see something serious and legitimate.
  20. Thanks Blake, you (and Sean) are right here. But this confusion will be clarified when I come to the incisions. Up to now, we have just reached a conclusion that graft insertion is always done by the technicians and slits/incisions and graft placement/insertion/impantation are 2 different steps/stages of HT operations, especially when they are done by different persons, (incisions by a physician and implantations by the technicians) I know, Maral also allows this slit/incison step is done by their head technician in their Clinic. What about if this technician is so experienced, skilled and trained, controlled and supervised by a aesthetic plastic surgeon? Now, I am coming to extraction step with my next post. Then the incisions..... BTW, can you reply my question to KO (and Sean)
  21. I am coming to this matter Sean, step by step but, be patient. I see KO will not answer my question about the slits (in post 34 in this thread), I think he will also prove his illiteracy about HT. PupDaddy also did not give the correct answer and proved his illeteracy. You are also a senior member. Would you like to answer my question? This is about incisions, about your authority. Then prove your authority, give the correct answer.?
  22. Here are the NW 5-6 if you really consider Maral as you say here; http://www.hairrestorationnetwork.com/eve/173948-my-fue-operation-maral-clinic-6.html http://www.hairrestorationnetwork.com/eve/177870-my-hair-transplant-dr-tugrul-maral-july-10-2014-4200-graft-nw6.html http://www.hairrestorationnetwork.com/eve/177629-4900-grafts-fue-dr-maral.html http://www.hairrestorationnetwork.com/eve/177318-dr-maral-24-10-2014-5200-grafts-nw6.html http://www.hairrestorationnetwork.com/eve/177534-fue-4750-grafts-grade-6-dr-maral-clinic-nov-23-2014-a.html
  23. http://www.hairrestorationnetwork.com/eve/177902-most-important-stage-extraction-insertion-2.html Dr. Bahatti -one of the recommended, respectful surgeon (plastic surgeon like Dr. Maral) of the site clearly approved MikroFUE, saying HT has 3 steps or stages; harvesting, slit making and (im)plantation. Wow, we all know that plantation is always performed by technicians in all clinics, FUT,FUE no matter (except pen implantation which is used rarely), This has been the reality from the beginning of HT operations. Wooowww; plantation requires a keen eye, stamina and skill (experience and hard-working). So all the technicians have those talents?? :)Doctors never do (im)plantations, because they do not have those talents?. Here MikroFUE is saying the same thing, as stated by Dr. Bahatti. http://www.hairrestorationnetwork.com/eve/172287-my-progress-dr-maral-21.html Woowww, so, implantation/graft placement is the most important step for graft survival and the core of the HT operations is always done by technicians? YES. will continue.....
  24. KO is here; he clearly says implantation involve incision. KO is in another thread, he says the exact opposite now. http://www.hairrestorationnetwork.com/eve/177902-most-important-stage-extraction-insertion.html I hope you will not say implantation and plantation is not the same or cutting the skin is not incision:rolleyes: Have you decided whether implantation/plantation involve the incision/cutting the skin (first quote) or not (second quote)
  25. All Maral patients including me (my thread is coming soon) will welcome you but warning, we all never been using finasteride (Maral do not recommend, so be careful), and we all look forward to seeing your thread. I will also welcome you in all Maral threads, now, reply my question about the pictures. If you reply wrong or do not reply, I will follow you in all threads and prove how illiterate you are about HT, but giving advices to real guys. You say, when technician place graft to the premade slit (or hole), this does not mean that technician inserted or placed. We must stll accept that doctor does implantation. Sorry but it looks so foolish. Even Dr. Bahatti clearly indicated that incisions and graft placements are different steps of HT. OK you proved your IQ, it does not matter but, Now, prove your authority, if you are so author on HT, Which incisions/slits in the pictures are correct and why?? /the other is wrong)
