    hey buddy, ive said this before and I will say it again, FUE is designed for someone like you, why? get in early avoid the depression stage of going bald, do a little by little fix up and if as you already feel will want to shave down in later life, you can do so with virtually zero scarring, you have the perfect attitude and goal towards your hairloss. many Dr's and other guys here will completely disagree with me, but I stand by my word, if I knew about FUE earlier I would have dived right in and got it done. FUE donor area is alot less than FUT so I thinks its best to get the most out of your hair when you're younger when looks mean more to the opposite sex or same sex, i see too many times guys are told to wait and wait and wait , see what NW level you will go do. NAH i disagree, FUE gives what probably is the enviable hair loss a longer period of time. anyway Im rambling on all the best buddy

    thanks John, i guess i didnt really have any shockloss the first and second HT but this time a massive case.... baseball caps are my best friend now....

    hey mate... i was in the same boat as you, australian price for what i needed was going to be around 25k AUD, so i started looking at bangkok, being that i had lived there for a couple of years and the main HHH clinic was in the same building I used to work in Asoke I started saving my money, was going to be around 12k, then I discovered Dr Bhatti's clinic in India, i got the whole thing done and more for about 6k... he has great reviews have a look mate... any questions just PM happy to help out. and if you go to bangkok i know plenty of good hotels near Asoke building too.

    @HTsoon, thanks for the kind words mate. a fair bit of my confidence has gone with the hair too. I have a 5 day holiday lined up for Koh Samui over New Years and im thinking of just shaving my head and living under a cap, as for the whole shockloss sage, from what i have been reading that massive shockloss seems to be more common with guys having their 2nd HT and who have large amounts of existing hair, and 9 times out of 10 it all grows back nicely.

    Hey guys - 6 weeks post op progress - I'd love to say that all things are going well but sadly I had a massive case of shock loss weeks 3ish, a fair bit of my existing hairs have fallen out, can't say i feel good at the present time, the UGLY DUCKLING phase is upon me, lucky for me this is well documented within the HT network, and I can wear caps to work and around the office, I am quite sure it will all settle down and new cycles will begin to grown. Im back now using fine 1mg + 5% as appose to 2% and several other natural treatments, please God grow back i have a few more months of "WHAT IF" ahead of me... im dying to get some toppik even if for one night out on the town without a cap on..... signed feeling like shiticles not sethticles

    You are very welcome buddy and I don't blame you for not rushing in getting another HT, its long way to go and long wait to see results and its a long recovery process all that is very taxing on the mind body and spirit. please stay in contact though... cheers mate

    yeah its a bit of a stress, if you've never had a HT use a travel pillow and I also found wedging a pillow under my chin helps, the first night is the worse Dr Bhatti wants you to apply saline water every 20mins, making sleep almost impossible, lucky the hotel had a great movie channel

    @biolizard - feel free to PM and have a spak attack get things off your chest, happy to lend an ear too - just remember only a few more weeks and the worse will be behind you, its a long long journey and i am confident you have made the correct decision... spak attacks will soon stop

    anything before 6 months is the ugly duckling period, which includes the healing process, many of us look worse than before but eventually it comes good. the waiting game is probably the hardest part of a HT, so many mixed thoughts run through our brain, we all hate this period

    CBantoy - try 2% minox for about 6 weeks then move to 5% - probably wont get much shedding if any

    well for what ever reason I'm one of the lucky ones, I think a combination of Dr Bhatti's skills, a well planned out approach, not over doing a mega session and that I have fair skin which helps hide any scarring might help shine light on to the matter. Dr Bhatti does a lot of Indians that have dark skin and I am yet to see any bad scarring.

    hey mate, overall its a great result - i know how gutted you must be feeling with sides although you can hardly tell especially to the untrained eye. i personally would wait another year or so you might find after a few more months you just forget about it as it looks pretty good. all the best seth

    the first time I went there they just played music and it was rather loud, I actually said something to Dr Bhatti the following day, but this time they asked and I said as long as its on low which they did not that mattered we had the earthquake - LOL

    essentially a great FUE surgeon is superior to FUT because of the ZERO scarring, thus choose your surgeon wisely
