Wow man..... You seriously did your due diligence on this? So many things wrong with this whole thing. The RN did this transplant? Is this even legal considering anytime an incision is made it is considered a surgical procedure and must be carried out by a doctor?
I don't want to make you feel worse, but honestly this is simply archaic, and I am shocked that kind of hair transplantation still exists.
You really need to document this well, because this is beyond the pale. Legally, they will probably do everything to stonewall you. There may be some hope to get your money back though. I do recall another dude on here who got a terrible transplant and showed the documentation of the bad procedure to his credit card company, and he got his money back. There may be a way to fight this charge if a credit card was used.
If anything, this serves to remind newbies that even if you think you've done your due diligence, a little bit more research can't hurt. As much as it's marketed as a non-invasive procedure nowadays, this is still real surgery folks!
