  1. Either a troll or retard Perfect low hairline, and temple points VANITY TO THE MAX
  2. Take arimidex 0.25MG E3D in conjunction to finasteride at 0.25mg ED
  3. It's called androgenic alopecia, and you have MPB. Look to be a NW5 diffuse
  4. Because time is the most valuable thing we have.
  5. IMO hairline, and temple points are most crucial for aesthetics, and general satisfaction. Forget the conservative approach, and make this your priority. Given the right tools, and surgeon, most doctors will focus on these areas of importance while mitigating the use of grafts on the crown as this area takes up a large portion. Don't be alarmed, if your hair loss is under control then an aggressive approach can be taken. RU58841 medication in addition to fin will completely halt hair loss.
  6. Between 2000 - 2750 grafts for temple point, hairline, and frontal restoration. Ball park figure. Donor area looks unusually thin.
  7. All my hairs have grown in, and I was typically what they call an early sprouter, being that the follicles started sprouting around two half - three months post OP. My concerns are that I'm six n half months post operation, aesthetically speaking the results are sub par under incandescent lighting. Up close when the hair is dry and combed back their is a distinct tell sign of my previous NW2 due to the fact the follicles have no rhythm, are kinky, and thin in appearance. THE HAIR LOOKS EXTREMELY TRANSPARENT, and see through when combed back, it doesn't blend in rather sticks up like a sore thumb. THis leaves me no choice but to keep my hair combed forward and swept to the side for the time being. The lighting in particular make my results range every time, in most settings it looks fine but my bathroom at home, it looks terrible (incandescent). At work, gym and other settings(fluorescent) it looks manageable, even great. At home well that's a different story all together. When will the hair start blending together, and having a strong dense appearance opposed to the grafty, and transparent look it currently has?
  8. He gets it @ OP Yeah for future surgery id get the hairline lowered a tad bit. 1000-1500 grafts or so should do the trick.
  9. Nobody with that high of a hairline has a straight hair line, it just doesn't happen. It seems like your surgeon didn't measure your face rather slap the dimension, and give you a high hairline. It should be much lower to restore a more natural look while being conservative at the same time. The surgeon went overboard, their is a hairline but it is detracted by the asymmetry and imbalance of the facial thirds which is common knowledge in the practitioner of cosmetic surgery. I wish you the best, all though I believe it looks like their was work down opposed to the natural appearance we strive for.
  10. Not going to sugar coat this or anything. Any hair transplant at your give stage will simply be having hair on your head, forget density, and mass amounts of locks. The most you can expect is having hair on head. Shaving it or getting a toupee are your best options
  11. FYI if fair skinned Caucasian, that redness will last up to six months post OP First three months will still be noticeably red, after that is should subside over time.
  12. Tanning beds wont suffice alone, additional action should be taken. I suggest Pinning MT2 followed by a couple tans during the loading phase, which will turn you golden olive/brown. Grow bangs out, especially the corners where it drapes and hangs over the temple point. Keep this particular area growing, and avoid cutting. When you see your barber, let him know about how the bangs need to grow and fold over the temple points
  13. Confidence will never frame your face properly, a girl can't run her fingers through your confidence. A twenty something year old who's balding is subhuman in the eyes of attractive women. It's not normal on average, and is weird. Iv'e always seen older men who balded as a graceful act, and part of mother nature. It's not a big deal, but when you're young, and balding you're subhuman, and out of place in most cases. An honest indicator of a genetic inferiority. Those who started balding in their thirties don't know how good they have it compared to a teenager, and early twenties male. At this age, hair loss is the last thing you want on your plate, it's a huge crutch.
  14. it's all relative to facial third proportions. On average though, 3-4 fingers between brow ridge, and hairline. A reputable doctor will automatically take this in consideration, after all the hairline is what predominately frames the face. It needs to be balanced, and corespondent with all other features for a natural, and aesthetic result.
  15. Neither do I, all though most think someone needs to be at least a NW3 before having an HT. HAIR MATTERS MOST WHEN YOU'RE YOUNG, and within your prime, not when you're over weight, forty years old, and married. An emotional investment, and home run by Dr. Rahal.
  16. I started lifting heavy weights after a FUT 1 month post OP Ur fine..IMO the 2 week point is the critical point, anything after is not an issue. My scar never stretched, and for the record have had it shaved down a 2 grade
  17. I'm five half months post OP, and let me tell you the difference in diameter, and density of the hair caliber between 5 - 6 months thus far will be a huge leap, and I'm only starting to notice this now within the last couple weeks, Hair started growing at 2 half months post OP, but the real deal wont be evident till after Most people on average will have full growth of hair between 3-6 months, after that it's mainly maturation (density, thickness of hair caliber) which cosmetically speaking will be the biggest improvement as far as aesthetics are concerned. The early months I found were hard in terms of appreciation because of the kinkiness, and wispy like appearance, but it will get better, much better over time. I'm only starting to realize this now.
  18. FYI I had a FUT with Rahal and my scar is invisible. Have had my hair tapered down to a 2, and it wasn't noticeable. Buzzing to 3-4 grade is a general rule of thumb
  19. Yes. Don't let others discourage you with the 'U dont need surgery for NW2As' 1000-1500 grafts to fill in temples, and lower hairline, and adding density will do wonders.
