Hmm...it wont fall off, and they can look very real. But the maintinence is hell. It requires constant attention and after a while it is a real pain to maintain...You will always know its on, just like a pair of glasses. The ones that are the top of the line are very thin, and to look the best they require replacing every 6 months or so. You can strech it but them it wont look perfect. And if someone notices just once youll always have that pre conceived notiion that people can tell. It really can play on your mind .
Outdoor activities arent really a problem.....
Some people dont mind the drawbacks and for others its just too much. Its a personal choice that I can honestly say you have to go through it to really know what its like...
There is the attachment issue, where if they pull your hair through and attach with bonding, you will eventually get traction alopecia, where the hair wont grow where it was attached. Short term its great becasue you have the thickness and style youve always wanted, but long term opens up a whole other bunch of concerns....
