  1. think Dr Bisanga is in London September send them a mail ej
  2. Chippy It looks like you have suffered further hairloss , either naturally or `shockloss` from the procedure . I would wait and see if any grows back over 12-18 months , may be worth trying some minoxidil as well I have not heard of this Dr , the general rule of thumb in the UK is go with Dr Farjo or nobody , i cant stress that enough . Dr Ferudini and Dr Bisanga are situated in Brussells may be worth a consult with both , I would definantly not go back to your Dr and would look at some sort of refund if there is no improvement all the best ej
  3. wonder how Drew is coming along , be great if could get an update many thanks ej
  4. from research, Im led to believe " arty robot " can only recognise certain colour of hair to score the graft , so isnt suitable for everyone , and uses a " whopping 1.3mm diameter punch " !!!! My concern would be how much donor gets damaged with this ` graft scoring technique ` regards ej
  5. Hello You have mentioned two very good Drs , i would consult with both and see what they say and reccomend . Ask them if it would be possible to meet with a female patient they have performed hairtransplantation work on , if possible meet with two or three , the more the merrier , see if they are happy with there results For me i would proceed slowly , both Drs offer fue and this is the only route i would take , ask if you could proceed with a small procedure and see how you heal and what your growth is after twelve months , if satisfactory you can go forward from there . If you have any doubts at all best to wait until your completly satisfied this is the right procedure for you , also I would get checked out with a dermatologist . all the best ej
  6. the big difference is that the Drs mentioned use either manual or automatic `extraction` devices , none use any tools to implant ! graft handling is critical to a procedure , that implanter pen literally ` rams a graft home ` and the speed of which it takes place !! beyond me how anyone could possibly gauge , depth , angle , in that split second .. ` bam its in ` ej
  7. i find the video disturbing , ive never seen grafts handled with as much ` blunt force` , i wonder who benefits from the speed element of the implanter pen the patient ? or the Dr who can do more grafts in one sitting defo not for me regards ej
  8. I was not trying to discredit anyone , rather just make a point that the threads refered to appear to follow a similar pattern that is to take a pop at Dr Feller at almost every opportunity whilst stating there own prefered Dr , its an observation i made , i have had many procedures however choose not to mention my Dr as its not relevent to this thread , hope that clarifies my position I think the statement you posted quoting Dr Feller is basically saying a patients expectations should be well managed and if not dont accept them as a patient , i would have to agree with this , perhaps it isnt what some want to hear though , regards ej
  9. this was a very good article , i hope it helps people with there research , the more info out there the better regards ej
  10. I would avoid any Dr who uses a ` choi implanter pen ` ej
  11. I hope the thread remains open , at least until these claims can be proven until then its merely ` heresay ` .. ej
  12. Probably because of the legal threats and threats to post on forums i would suspect
  13. rebuttle ? i saw it as more of a reply . Perhaps they dont have the paperwork to hand after the long period of time passed . I wonder how other Feller medical clients have found the refund policy ? be interesting to know if it was emailed out when payment received as im led to beleive is common practice , or if they too had to search the website ej
  14. ding dong every procedure i have had, has had refund policy clearly written on the booking confirmation i have recieved after making initial payment , i find it odd that this wouldnt of been the case here . ej
  15. I think trying to gather a factual account of events as they happened is only fair to both parties, and not " cheerleading noise " at all . Its clear to me now that there was` not a five month period of silence` as stated earlier , and the relationship between clinic and patient ,up and until the request for the return of the deposit/ threats , was very likely ...` healthy` I think in future regarding downpayments you need to ask when making payment ..." is the deposit refundable or not ? " if you dont ask this question then you have to accept some responsibility , and move on regards ejj
  16. i have read the thread , thats why in the interest of fairness i felt the need to reply . Your email sent is the end of january this year ,relating to a date this coming September , its now five months later from the sent email , i find it hard to believe you were ignored from the date of that email , surely there was ongoing communication after the email re the Sept date ? Im aware your circumstances changed ,however leaving a deposit with a clinic for 4 years is a strange thing to do if you dont mind me saying so , when we book things with our credit cards surely it is up to us to be responsible for our actions ? As i said earlier perhaps the clinic were equally dissapointed with what can only be described as a ` veiled threat ` to go public over a deposit that ,you paid , you left there for 4 years , you re arranged a date , you cancelled that date , you then asked for your deposit back whilst infering to go public if it was not returned , surely you cant be that suprised at Feller medicals response ? My view is that when making a deposit `ask` re the status of it ,to avoid all confusion , that said every deposit i have ever paid.. none have been refundable, nor have i expected them to be so regards ej
  17. deposits basically are a commitment for both parties involved , i have always worked on the basis that they are non refundable . The emails posted contain the term ` mate ` , i believe this to be a freindly term , perhaps after 4 years of ` should i , shouldnt i ` the clinic felt they had some sort of ongoing freindly working relationship with the op ,and that one day he may actually proceed with a procedure Perhaps the clinic after 4 years designated the op as some sort of `timewaster ` and didnt respond to his correspondance quick enough for his liking ? perhaps this then resulted in the op as he stated threatening to go online re the non return of his deposit Dr Feller doesnt do intimidation , from what ive seen on this forum, that was probably a bad move on the part of the op , resulting in a point blank refusal , perhaps the clinic felt let down and dissapointed also, after 4 years of emails, calls, and back and forth , i wonder how many other clinics would just pay to silence a poster ?? regards ej
  18. I have no visible pitting or marks from the extractions . Punch size used was .8mm manual . Im lucky as i have a dense beard and characteristics are suitable , not everyone is suitable , cycle appears to be good same as facial hair , have not noticed any differences . My beard hair is coarser , good for repair, not good on the hairline Best way forward is to assess how you grow and heal with say 100 grafts from under the chin and go from there , see how they grow and how your chin would heal hope this helps ej
  19. I have had over 2000 beard hairs removed from my face with Dr Bisanga at BHR . The growth has been excellent and im scheduled for my third repair procedure in November . The hair is slightly courser in texture , i had 212 beard hairs grafted into my forlock , Im expecting to get another three thousand grafts at least from my beard to repair the ` horrific scaring caused by strip Drs ` . hope this helps ej
  20. Donor at one week post op , virtually undetecable , I used a little aloe vera gel from the leaf of the plant split open and applied three or four times daily ejj
  21. Hi Nasser Thanks for the comments , Dr Bisanga has allready surpassed my expectations ,as i honestly thought that there was nothing that could be done for me , to correct the complete mess other Drs had left me in please see pictures of the donor below 1st is one day after 2nd is two day after 3 is third day after all the best Ej
  22. Pictures are before first repair procedure , and 12 months on , the third picture is straight after the second procedure to repair my horrific strip scars The growth so far has been great , new hairs are still breaking through and as its beard into scar im told it can take up to 15 months to see the result Dr Bisanga has matched the surrounding hairs density and angulation perfectly ,with his natural artistic ability ,and his .8mm manual extraction punch ! I really feel Dr Bisanga has given me my life back , many thanks to all at BHR and now for the long wait regards ej
