  4. Thanks for the heads up. In 3 months you have already made a huge improvement. I recon this should be a corker of a result.
  5. Do you have a before pics? It already looks damn good but not sure if that is just native hair growing back. If not looks like you are having an early good result. Congrats.
  6. Never saw this other thread but amazed that anyone would say anything negative about Spex. It was meeting him that gave me faith in th HT industry. After meeting a bunch of ill informed, pushy salespeople from uk clinics I gave up on ht's. Then meeting Spex and recieving LOTS of impartial, accurate info gave me faith in the whole thing. He really is one of the good guys and a credit to this forum.
  7. Welcome Stateofflorida. UKresponder has some bang on advice above. I'd say that you should do as much research as you can until you are completely sick of reading about hairloss. Then do some more research, and then more and then more. You will feel like you know everything. Then you will find out something completely new that leads you to finding out more things and you will realise you actually know very little. Then do more research x 10. You need to familiarise yourself with as many different aspects with regrowing your hair as possible. I know it's been mentioned a couple of times already but Spex's "Maximum Hair Minimum Loss" guide is massively comprehensive. It's costs about ?30 but is well worth it. It will really put you in the picture. I wish I had bought it when I first started losing my hair. These forums are invaluable too.
  8. Well, I think picking the right surgeon in the top priority and the ones you have stated are second to none. For fue I know feller and lyndsey are field leaders. I recently had strip with feller and the experience wa great. As for how many grafts and where to cover, I would make sure you are 100% happy with your doc and take their advice. When I consulted with dr feller he budgeted for future hairloss to maximise my result.
  9. Cheers mate. She was still half drunk I recon so ploughed through them. It was no probs. went back to work today with the combover and a bit of hairspray on the native hair to hold it in place. Nobody has batted an eyelid. My best mate who knows about the ht said he cant even tell. I think having thick curly hair makes it possible. Really looking forward to going out tomorrow now. Not really left the house for close to three weeks and not drank since nye.
  10. Theres a big difference in the before and after comparisons mate. The hair is looking thick.
  11. Site looks loads better. I like how it autoscrolls through the results. Really nice.
  12. I suppose it's whether you would say the best is the one that originally had the worst hair loss and made the greatest progress or simply the one with the best end product although they may not have had as much hair loss. I'm interested in seeing what gets posted in this thread either way. That last one by Rahal is incredible. A proper wow result. This is the result that I saw which made my mind up to use Dr. Feller. I thought that the after shots on this result were about as good as I have ever seen for any HT. He has hair like a movie star now. Lucky guy : ) http://www.hairrestorationnetwork.com/eve/160946-my-hair-restoration-journey-dr-feller.html I met Spex in real life and he has superb hair. I remember inspecting it up close and was unable to tell that it was a transplant at all.
  13. Staples were a doddle mate. Hungover girlfriend came good : ) Here are a couple of pics but honestly you cant see anything except a few tiny scabs. I took like 30 photos to try and get the scar but you can hardly see it with all the damn hair (If only all that hair was on top of my head. hahaha). I'm gonna shave the sides and back down to about a 3 or 4 when the scabs go so I'll take more pics then.

  16. Thanks a lot for the feedback and especialy the advice man. It's always good to get that bit of advice from someone who has already been through it. I have my girlfriend removing my staples in the morning and she went out to a hen party at 1pm clutching a bottle of tequila so no doubt I'll probably look like Quasimodo by this time tomorrow : ) I think i have started shedding a few hairs already. I keep finding a few falling onto my laptop n stuff. Oh well. I'm prepared for that. Thanks again mate.
  17. 12 Days post op update. Staples out tomorrow (And not a minute too soon : )
