  1. You have wavy hair, so it looks like your donor hair more than what can be seen. I would say you have another 1500 grafts.
  2. Just click on my user name and select the third option. 'Send Khali a private message'
  3. I just looked at your other thread, and I must say there is a huge improvement. Its all thanks to doctors who specialize in BHT.
  4. The beard area healed really well. I'm surprised this is after 2700 grafts were removed from the chin area.
  5. You didn't post your pics before your hair transplant. Was your front zone completely bald before the hair transplant? Also, hair loss after hair transplant is common.
  6. I had my hair transplant with Dr Radha, and she is good. I am one of the people with a low donor, so I think if I had a more donor hair I would get a better result. However, I am happy with her work. For my second hair transplant I am going to Dr Suneet Soni. A couple years back he was charging 40 INR per graft plus tax. However, his prices went up to $1 dollar. Also, he charges an addition $500 US for other services that go with the HT. I don't mind the increase, because his skills look good.
  7. This is a huge improvement for 4000 grafts being spread apart. I think beard hair is excellent for adding density and weight. Maybe SMP can enhance the look even further.
  8. I think even Salman Khan used beard hair for his head this time. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Sq5stGQptRw
  9. No mid-scalp coverage is very important. If you have good mid-scalp density then it prevents the see through scalp look.
  10. I'm so happy to see another case where Beard hair is used. I am looking forward to the results of this one. The beard is so much thicker, and it is stronger against wind resistance. This helps in keeping the hair combed.
  11. Actually the harsh lighting is reflected off the mid scalp area. So lighting comes from behind, and if the mid scalp doesn't have much hair it will create a see through effect. I remember when I started balding, my temples would first recede. Once I started loosing hair from the mid scalp, that's when I had see through scalp. Again look how Radha implanted grafts on his mid scalp. Its so spaced out.
  12. She implanted 30 grafts per square cm. That's the reason for his result.
  13. Hi Bill Under a shadow effect, it looks like I have a full head of hair when I don't. Can SMP do the same?
  14. Where are the before pics to compare with? From the picture I am not able to tell what happened.
  15. I had a similar issue, and although Dr Radha is a good surgeon when you have low donor she advises all that can be done is an improvement in appearance. That did happen with me, as people are able to guess my age correctly. My donor only gave 2600 grafts and the density she gave me was 30 grafts per square cm. To cover the crown a lot grafts are required. Instead for my second transplant I am going to cover up the mid and frontal zone and leave the crown. Then on top of that I will probably use beard and chest hair add further coverage. Remember the purpose a hair transplant is not get a full head of hair. Instead its to get a cosmetic improvement. Even though I had a transplant in the frontal zone, I still need more coverage because the density is very low. I have a see through scalp when the light is behind me, and 80% of the people I talk to look at it during my conversations with them.
  16. Amazing results!!! I remember when I went for my first transplant, I told the doctor I want a certain amount of density. She said it was impossible due the low donor density I already have. However, after seeing your thread, I finally see hope. When I see successfully results like your it really makes me happy.
  17. It looks like a place to go to for body hair transplants.
  18. Yah the framing is there. However, due to the low density you also get a lot of stares toward the see through scalp.
  19. His density is transplanted at only 30 grafts per square centimeter. So I wouldn't expect too much coverage. Also why would you recommend FUE? Hair is much thinner in FUE.
  20. I'm impressed with the way the beard hair is coming out.
  21. Wow that's a large session. I rarely see these types of examples from India. I'm looking forward to your future results.
