Hey guys, I’m ready to go get my first (and hopefully last) HT. I’m an American expat, currently living in Vietnam. I have found two Doctors on here that have positive feedback, are affordable for me, and close by. The two Doctors are Radha of India, and Bunagan of Davao City, Philippines. I’m also going to be moving to the Philippines within the next month, so if I can get the procedure done there, that would be amazing. I have already gotten email responses from both Doctors, and graft estimates. I’m still so unsure, and really just want to make an informed decision.

Dear all, First and foremost, I would like to thank the forum members who helped me make an informed decision about the surgeon I chose for hair transplant. Without knowing a lot of real life people close to me who have had hair transplants, it was a difficult decision to make and I hope my choice wouldn't prove to be a ba(l)d one 12 months down the line. A bit of back ground about myself, I started losing hair when i was 20 years of age starting with receding frontal hairline. I knew it was my fate since both my dad and my uncles from mother's side are all bald ( Norwood-7). I initial

I'm two years out from my hairline lowering procedure with Dr. Radha. I received approximately 1957 grafts to the hairline over an area of 40 sq cm for a density of 49%. Are these pictures consistent with those figures? Thanks for your opinions.

Well, finally decided to take the plunge and from what I have read of Dr. Radha it appears I am in good hands. The big day is the mid-august weekend. Uploading a few pics. The Dr. believes I will need approx 4000 grafts (approx 2000 for the crown and 2000 to restore the hairline) Am also posting pics of my donor area. Could any senior members comment on how good/bad it looks for extracting approx 4000 grafts? Do you think I can make the number? Also have been reading about scalp laxity playing a major role in influencing extraction. I dont have a clue how to measure/determine min

I am trying to decide between Dr. Pong in Thailand and Dr. Radha in India for my second HT procedure. I had a bad first procedure with Dr. Epstein in Miami a couple years ago (more on that later). Any recommendations regarding these two choices? Thanks!

Basically, the amount of hair I want to lower my hairline by should be about 2055 grafts at 55 grafts/cm and I'd just like opinions on the two techniques. My current planned surgeons are Dr Radha and Dr Bhatti, both in India How visible is the FUT scar? How large is it? Like, is it a noticeable bald strip on the back of the head? Some images I've seen have made it look pretty big. Has anyone here had a bad result with either surgeon? Also how much is Dr Bhatti actually per graft? Despite the site saying USD1.20, I've received an email also saying 100INR or 1.6USD. He seems to be kind of in

I joined this network a couple of months ago and I felt I received insights and guidance from the forum that I otherwise never could have received. Thank you to the publisher of the site and to the many contributors. Last week I had about 2200 graphs with Dr. Radha, one of the two surgeons recommended in India. Of course it is way to early to assess the success of the surgery itself, but I can share that the experience with Dr. Radha and her staff was wonderful. I'm from the U.S., so I can tell you that India can be rather jolting to the senses. But Dr. Radha and her staff were as profes

I know this question has been asked before but I cannot seem to decide between Dr. Radha and Dr. Madhu for HT in India. They both cost the same per graft. I'd appreciate if someone could throw some light on this. Another Question - Is more number of grafts per sitting beneficial? Another Question - Which is better? FUE or FUT? Thank you very much!
