    Your hair is in great shape. Consider propecia and rogaine, you do not need surgery.

    Depends on how large an area you have tried to cover, as 2000 grafts isnt alot if its a large area to cover. Really need to see some pre-op pictures to give fair assessment on whether a success or not.

    Look into Propecia and Minoxidil would be the first things to do.

    When was that 3rd picture taken? from the other pictures I find it very hard to see if you do have adequate donor hair or not. Looks very fine on the first 2 pictures.

    Must be a factor that any doctor can perform a procedure and the yield isnt a favourable outcome? Dr Feller has a few of those documented on here, so surely nobody can have a 100% hit rate, Dr Feller included.

    How about some pictures that actually show the recipient area? as the haircut he's sporting completely hides this in my eyes.

    Whist its impressive its quite hard to judge as the hairstyles before and after are just so different.

    Yes they will grow without, I just include it as part of my daily routine as its another weapon in the fight! Dont worry, your grafts will grow fine.

    No reason not to start it, propecia is no different, if you stop you lose ground on what you've gained/kept.
