  1. Chadwick.. GREAT TO HEAR!! Dr. Feller, does excellent work, and you will be glad to keep everyone updated!! Thanks for the story and can't wait to see the photos! BEST OF LUCK TO YOU!! And remember.. be patient!
  2. I see how to wipe the left side of the forehead.. but how about the right? Is it more difficult?
  3. Gill, you must have overlooked my Location at the bottom of my posts. We don't like the Vikings here!! Hey, Brando!! Atleast post the year update photo! Just kidding!
  4. thanks for the research Robert... I going to look into this!!
  5. You're not allowed to be a Packer fan, unless you live where it snows!! Looking forward to the updates man!! Great to hear!
  6. Start taking MSM, and follow his instructions to the T!! You are in good hands! Best of Luck, though you really don't need it.
  7. I'm regarding my first and second procedure. First was with MHR. False and misguided promises. Caused major shockloss and was worse off than I started. Second, was a part time HT surgeon. Mostly my fault, due to lack of knowledge. Poor results, though nothing of a horror story, mind you. Just another doctor that had money over patients best interests in mind.
  8. Smoothy, check the date. That post was from almost a year ago.
  9. Thanks all!! I mean that! Though I had a wonderful procedure, and a great amount of grafts, I am keeping my expectations to a minumum. I've been through this twice before, with great promise, only to get dismal results. I know this is an entirely different experiance, but I don't want to let myself down a third time. I will definetly be posting updates, probably more than needed. I'm shooting for every 2 weeks. Thanks for all the responces. I'm goin to try to get a better pic up soon. I really didn't like the ones I posted, but I'm an ameture with photo's of this.
  10. "so you're saying that this whole forum is about discussing an illegal drug that can kill a person for no benefit?" ya, my single post stated this whole forum is about selling heroin!! "you are saying that ALL online store selling proscar are illegal?" sure, why not.. you are putting so many words in my mouth!! Even those sites that actually require a perscription are illegal sites.. WHY NOT! "as for the growing boobs part, i don't recall making misleading promises, did i?' I didn't say you mentioned that.. I said it in my own words!! My conclusion.. You are offering a simple sale of proscar, but have even failed to mention the simple percautions of handling this drug. Reputable dealer? NO, you are not!! I call it, trying to make money on desperation.. GO AWAY!
  11. for those of us who missed it.. you can read the transcripts here. http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/6590766/
  12. damn!! I missed it!! Who dropped the ball letting me know! If anyone hear's of a recast, please let me know.
  13. Thanks guys.. I'd say I'm almost super human, but I'm bald!! So that's out the window. Bill, 2360 fu's!! Can't wait for the 3 month mark!
  14. ok... it's officially the 2 week mark. So, here is a quick update. Hopefully tonight I can get a chance to write a follow up on the procedure it self, but here's the update. Redness is almost gone!! One good thing for me is I always healed quickly. Still have a few scabs. They seem to be sitting pretty well. Had some original hair shockloss, nothing major yet, and I'm really not expecting any more. Had some good shedding though. I would guess 80% shed. That's a guess, really hard to say. A lot of the grafted hairs in the front are sticking it out!! Hope the stay around. I'll be starting Minox 5% tomorrow. I started a week ago, and had a reaction. I think it was a little too soon. Sutures are long gone!! Removed last Monday! No problems with the donor area either. So, all in all, everything is going great and on track!! Here's a couple photos. Some immediate post-op from the hotel, and 2 weeks post-op. Pre-Op photo.. The Before!! Immediatley Post-Op at the Hotel.. and the 2 week updates!! Dry (Hat Hair) Wet Back

  16. yes, defenitely keep an eye on it. Sounds like it may just be dry skin. Try putting some aloe on the area, and see if that doesn't help it.
  17. hmm.. 2 weeks ago ago would be week 5? What is your daily routine? No heavy lifting within the first month correct? after that amount of time, i wounder if it may be just getting reder, giving the appearance of widening. How does the scar feel to your touch on your finger? I'm think either it just could be irritated, or the hair is growing back in from shockloss to the donor area. It is really hard to say.
  18. oh christ!! It must be an out of work sales rep. from Bosley or MHR... Please don't even consider this guy. This is as legal as selling heroin. Not to mention you may grow boobs!
  19. there is some huge lighting differances. Your hair looks a lot lighter in the last pic. Take a few steps away from the light bulbs. Also, is your hair wet in some of these photos? At 7 weeks, anything is more than possible. You still could be shedding, or even just naturally shedding. I'm not seeing much of a differance in the photo's. Your anticipating the worst, and it's not healthy. Just hang back man. One more month and you'll start seeing something!! Thanks for the update!!
  20. Thanks for the pics Torpic00 and Dr. Shapiro! Heck, I don't even think I would have had a procedure done if I were you, tropic00. Trade ya scalps! The oly thing that I see that I don't like from appearance is the squaring of the temples, which doesn't look to blend correctly, visually with the lower part of the area. Almost like an upside down spade. It could just be that it's just because of the fresh post-op pics. But, man.. That's minumal, compared to the awesome hairline!! Tropic00, man what I wouldn't give for that head of hair!! I hope you can realize just how outstanding it looks. Good Luck buddy, and I am glad to see Dr. Shapiro is concerned about his patients best interests! If you like, I can also drive down to Troy, and take my hat off for ya. I'm only a few years older. Bet you'd think differently then!
  21. guess I just haven't heard enough about people getting ill to think it was a huge problem. Can't argue with a doctor!!
  22. I guinee'd it when it was under testing still. It was the most horrible smelling stuff!! I couldn't stand the smell and quit using it. Then a bottle fell behind my night stand, and by the time I found it, it had eaten through the applicator, and goo'd up my hard wood floor. I have no idea how long it sat there until it did that.
  23. Oh man!! Good for you vocor!! I hope you post some more updates!! If not for anything other than giving inspiration to others reading and suffering!! Thanks for that! And a continued good luck to you!!
  24. if you are getting such a small surgery, then you probably should be doing it.. BUT, if you decide to, it doesn't sound like permenant shockloss will matter. You sound like you have good healthy DNA in your hair. You may however suffer from temporary shockloss, which isn't abnormal. Good luck in what you decide.. But I think you should consider other option, or nothing at all.
