From these photos i really cant tell if he has patches on the back of his head or not. This needs to be documented much better. With better lightning on the donor area and with the camera pointing upwards, not downwards to his head at the donor.

Did you watch the video with the 360 view? I have to disagree respectfully. It's important to match the angles. If the before pictures were taken from the side, the after has to be in the same direction and angle. If the before photo was taken downwards, the after has to match the same angle. I agree if you're saying to include some additional donor shots. But changing the angles in the post-op photos is never a good idea in my opinion. I’m a paid admin for Hair Transplant Network. I dont mean to change the angles in the post-op photos but to add more photos with better lighting and upward angles of the donor area. Even in the video posted you can barely see the donor area on the back. This would be the right way to sow how the donor area looks (and with high resolution too):

The lighting isnt the same I take pictures in the same room, same phone, same lighting. My neck changes color depending on the angle of my head. This is same room, same lighting and same phone. My neck appears darker, but it’s due to the angle of my head being slightly different causing a shadow effect on my neck. That doesn’t mean the lighting is different. It’s very difficult to get the exact position. That said, I think having a designated photo room and background will help alleviate a lot of these issues. I believe @Dr. Felipe Pittella has that in the works. Maybe he has some additional photos he can provide as well. I’m a paid admin for Hair Transplant Network. I should indeed have posted more photos of the donor. Here you go, photos with different lighting and taken by the barber, by patient's wife. Btw the patient never complained about his donor even if the previous FUT scar is slightly more visible. I've also asked him specifically photos of his donor.
