    Month 10.5 Update: Overall satisfied with the progress. Not much to update. I feel like there's is more maturity. At around one month ago started one single solution of 5% topical minoxidil and 0.1% finasteride. Stopped oral minoxidil & finasteride. I want to see how my body is reacting to topical finasteride. Let's see.

    I've been using one single topical solution. Which is a combination of 5% minoxidil & 0.1% finasteride solution. I want to see how I'm responding to topical finasteride. I did face sides with oral finasteride.

    @Petroholic my experience with oral minoxidil was great I was on 2.5 mg of oral minoxidil for eight months. Keep us updated about your progress

    Is it cyclical multi-vitamin ? I took for six months. Didn't face any issues

    Completely agree, every individual is different. In my case back in 2017-18 when I was around 22-23 years of age that time my progression of baldness was at peak. Over the years it has slowed down. So even if I don't take medications for few months, I think it'll cause any harm.

    You can use any mild shampoo for example- dove intense repair

    In my first procedure, I used baby shampoo which caused some flakiness but in my second procedure, I used dove shampoo which I've been using from the last 10 months, didn't face any issues at all.

    @Ramin In my case,Salaine water which provided from the clinic was Sodium chloride 0.9% I think you can use that one ^

    @aforali98 No his follicles can not be used. If money is not issue you shouldn't be limiting yourself only in Turkey you can look at Dr. Pittella, Dr. Zarev & Dr. Sethi

    @Ath I don't think it would be wise to schedule your hair transplant in this way. You can check forum recommended surgeon list here. In my opinion, Dr. Bicer, Dr. Yaman would be an option to look at.

    Yes, Using nizoral daily would be too harsh for the scalp

    ^ I agree, this could be due to nocebo Got sides from oral fin even after using 1 mg three times in a week. Recently switched from oral to topical fin solution. I feel like I'm having nocebo effect. I think for every medications using for few months would give an idea how it's responding.
